Helpful ladies who got heavy mirrors down for me to look at, then helped carry the one I bought to my car.

Great products. A slight vintage presence too. Staff always helpful and friendly. Well worth a visit.

Lovely store, however completely lacking the customer service skills to match. Met by a very hostile woman at the checkout who didn’t even bother to say hello, let alone anything else. We were made to feel unwelcome and I almost thought perhaps we’d done something to upset her as she was so rude.

Have been in this shop several times and have always been greeted by friendly staff. However, took a friend in there yesterday and was embarrassed by the very "off hand" and unhelpful assistant who clearly didn't want to be there.

I will never go back. Biggie Best, you need to up your game!
