Asda Lower Earley Supercentre

Love this supermarket. It's always well-stocked. The staff are professional and happy to help. The checkout staff smile and are friendly. I love the World Foods aisle. The bakery is first-rate. There are some great reduced sections as well. I literally bounce when I'm there because I know it's going to be a positive shopping experience. I wish all supermarkets were like this.

Sorry, my 8 year old non - verbal autstic son. Is sending things on here. 😆. I need to work out. How I can stop him. Its not the first time he has done this.

I do like this at Asda because it's got everything you need. It's so far away that I have to catch 2 different buses to get to it.

Although I live in Caversham,I regularly go over to Earley to stock up on my favourite cider.On this basis I tend to stock up and benefit from the excellent bulk buy rates offered exclusively by this store!Today ,as always the store was very busy and there was no Merrydown on the shelves.As I had made a special trip over I sought out a staff member to help in my mission!
Frank ,the gentleman in charge of this area was so helpful!He found the bar code and checked the stock,said there should be a dozen bottles in the warehouse ,and duly set off ,returning within minutes with two six packs...I was delighted after my trip across town.
I was really relieved to find someone who was so helpful against a backdrop of failing service levels in most retailers at the moment.I thoroughly recommend this store for both service levels and competitive prices...just leave some cider for me!

Clean, safe, with lots of variety of goods and long opening hrs

The store is not cramped and very clean even in the busiest times. The shelves are mostly stocked up and the prices are great. Great range of smaller shops within the centre. There is also ample family parking and very rare to not find a parking. Trollies can be a challange from time to time though.

Great place, huge selection, but often feels like it is always the leftovers when you go shopping for food it always feel like a herd of locusts has been there before you. Everything looks picked over and touched

I have been shopping from here since last year. One stop supermarket for all essential needs. Ample car parking available. The building has some other retail outlets including a Post Office - very useful. Asda is value for money, so totally recommend this place. Place also has a recycling drop off point. Another plus is the volume of Asian food items available here compared to some other super markets.

A really good superstore with a lot if variety of products. The Asda reward money back App, is a great little saver, allowing you to add money to your cash pot. This great feature let's you build your cash pot, so you can cash in when you really need.

Good supermarket with lots of products on offer

I love this place, i may even have a problem as I visit at least 4 times on the weekend. It has loads of parking around the store.

The store itself has a wide selection of products , with the seasonal aisle offering a selection of novelty items. They have a good selection of deals and offers a mix from clothes , food and other such items.

The one oddity i have noticed recently is the tagging of the shopping baskets. I can only assume this is due to people treating that baskets as a free home delivery system.

There is a mixture of manned to self check out. I am particularly fond of the self check out.

The staff are great always ready to help and great in a crisis.

Asda has changed recently from offering a 24 hours but has not effected anything.

My mum has dementia and I took her to Asda today in the ‘quiet hour’. I can honestly say it was the best and I do mean the best I’ve ever experienced shopping in a supermarket for my whole life. Even my mum said how much she enjoyed it. I need to say the young lady on the take away counter should be given a salary rise immediately. Helpful, courteous, and friendly. Please send my thanks to her. My mum said what a lovely lady she was too. Well done Asda for introducing this fantastic idea for vulnerable people.

This ASDA complex is a whole day out! You can grab a coffee in the cafe or at greggs, get your meds at boots, buy some new clothes in the huge clothes section of asda, buy some sushi at the bar in asda, peruse the huge home section, and get all your groceries! Its always busy, but its clean, and the staff are friendly.

Went to the cafe for a bit of breakfast, really speedy service, they sorted a really good veggie breakfast even though it wasn’t on the menu. Food was yummy. Asked for tap water and condiments and the staff were so quick and helpful even asking if we wanted another glass after he saw there were two of us. Also kids lunch box really good price

Pharmacy Friday 13th November. The pharmacy manager & staff were exceptional in helping with meds for hubby that has not been sent through by doctors - thank you Joan, Ash & Naheem.

Visited the cafe today for lunch had a half and half pizza as I couldn't decide which variety to have . The food was superb and excellent value at £7 for a full size pizza freshly prepared and served quickly it was delicious. All the colleagues were friendly and efficient unfortunately I'm not local otherwise I would be a regular visitor

Very spacious Asda store lower Early Reading. Selling lots of clothing for all the family.Household items.Toys, Books and plenty of groceries.Can buy all you need under one roof and there's always a bargin.

Used click and collect for the 1st time today. Was unsure as to where to go but found the place for collections was greeted by this absolute gentleman who couldn't do enough to help even assisted with bags as I didn't realise you had to pre order it that way! Asda if you bother to read this give that man a raise he is a credit to your company.

This is a large store and a large selection of produce. Always found the staff very helpful. Plenty of free parking. Cash machines. Toilets. There are a lot of tills both self service and assisted never found the queues over long.
