Fabulous little find when visiting the Mercia Marina today. Loved everything in the shop. Such high quality and original gift ideas. Friendly staff that are so polite and personable. Bought a little gift for my niece and will definitely be back and buy online.

Joanne went above and beyond to source some sloth fabric to make a gorgeous storytime cushion for my nephew. All 3 storytime cushions were beautiful and my neices and nephew love them. Thank you!

What an absolutely wonderful, cute shop! Brought a unique coat for my niece.
There were lots of great gift ideas, we mentally spent loads. Had to ask for the website for future buys.
The lady was lovely and the shop felt at ease. Would definitely go back every time we visit the area.

This is an amazing little shop full of treasures. I came out with a handful of gifts for my 1 year old. The owner was really nice and obviously puts a great deal of effort into her craft. Will definitely buy again

Really good shop, I’ve been in before with my cane but I was in my wheelchair this time and couldn’t fit through the door as there was obstructions :(

The woman behind the till was a vile store assistant who never greeted us, but went on to shout at us for walking in with wet shoes (not our fault it’s been raining) and said she didn’t want us touching anything. I then explained there is a way of explaining that to customers without being absolutely volatile. I don’t understand why you would have children’s items at their eye view if you don’t want children touching the items.
Or even put the items in glass cabinets if you don’t want them being touched.
Just overall a shocking customer service experience. And even worse when the owner gets my trustworthy, honest reviews removed - which goes to show how many other negative reviews she’s asked to be removed.

The woman on the counter was very rude…
The woman on the counter was very rude and disrespectful to her customers and very nasty and vile to the young kids that was in the shop. I am a very big social media influencer and will be posting my experience. However the staff in the shop need to be better trained with handling their customers

Not a nice experience, staff not polite and told my 18month old daughter off for looking and touching the toys.
Don't run a children's shop and not be nice to children Who are only discovering the world.
