Having shopped around for some new Stainless Units for a Sea Cadet Galley (kitchen) that we are refurbishing i came across Chefs Warehouse, i completed the usual checks like everyone else "reviews" and found all good comments, we then placed our order and goods delivered within a couple of days Friday, with it being Remembrance Sunday weekend we were unbale to check the packages for any damage, when we eventually checked the outer packaging all appeared good, we then opened the boxes and found some crushed edges, we emailed Chef expecting a cannot help should have looked them over earlier. If we could given Kristian @ Chef more than 5 stars we would as has arranged for new units to be sent some 10 stars on customer service.

Absolute quality with a very large range of kitchen cutlery. Always choose the kings. 9 of each items in seperate boxes. Do not tarnish. Ty

Quick dispatch. Excellent customer service. I contacted them following receipt of goods as there was a manufacturing problem with a few of the items. This was resolved to my complete satisfaction very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick delivery and a manufacturing defect on some crockery was sorted out promptly, efficiently and without fuss. Very polite to deal with on the phone too. And good prices! Its the first time i have used them, but will do so again soon.

Bought 4 x wine bucket holders and delivery was made next day! Unfortunately one of them was broken. I called up and they said they will review the issue and get back to me. Next day I had a new one delivered! Thanks, I will use this company again.

I bought a nice new chefs apron and a few appliances from the site, great checkout and the stuff had arrived very quickly, got it in the morning the next day! I will tell my colleagues and good friends about this site, they literally had everything I need for my Catering Business, and at a substantially lower price than Nisbets!

Excellent quality and service

Ordered a replacement blade for my slicer.
Had so many issue with delivery so ended up going to collect it myself at the local courier depot as they have not been able to resolve it.

After collecting it, Ihad first check all the package was ok and no issues apparently found.

Once I went to install the actual blade, discovered many chips on the blade which make it not useful.

Contacted them and tried to explain that the damaged parts were behind something that could have been removed for health and safety the very minute before you install the blade but they said that 24hr were passed so they are not liable as per terms and conditions on their website.

A joke, really disgraceful customer service.

Be careful before ordering from them as they come across as cheaper than many other supplies, and my experience shows why.

I wouldn’t recommend and I suggest avoid buying from them.

Bought a pan but needed to return. Asked customer service who came across very miserable. Sent item back, a week or so later received email saying refund has been done, but a lesser amount.

DO NOT ORDER from these crooks! They took my money for an item that was awaiting to come back into stock, and then they didn't ever deliver it. Patiently I've waited for 5 months and then when I email them to ask what is going on, they suddenly send the item next day, no compensation or real apology, pathetic 'customer service' they are basically thieves who will keep your money if they can get away with it.
