Been using SB since I started my own extension at home, back in February, as my builder recommended them to me. Refurbishing a house nearby and have used Scott/SB for pretty-much everything. Not only are their prices competitive (and I compare, trust me) but delivery is always prompt and unfailingly courteous.
But, the BIG positive with using SB over any other merchant/supplier is Scott's pro-customer/pro-active attitude - he know's his stuff, nothing is too much trouble and very hands-on and takes ownership - increasingly rare and much appreciated. Also a true test is when an issue crops up that requires support and, again, SB delivered.
Using scores of online and established retailers/suppliers for almost-insignificant items through to lorry-loads of stuff SB have stood out as head and shoulders as the best during my time of using their services.

It even sounds to me as if this is an advertisement but it isn't - simply a pleased customer delighted to recommend.
