Absolutely lovely cafe, hidden away in the courtyard. A real gem of a find! The sandwich was amazing and the coffee was lovely and strong. The homemade soup was full of flavour and had fresh focaccia on the side! Will definitely be my go to café in Holt!!

Best sandwiches and Rosemary Fries I have ever had! I had the Manzo and my wife had the Toasty and both were spot on. Massive portion of Rosemary Fries, more than enough to share with the giant sandwich. Bread was heavenly on the sandwiches.

The toasted sandwiches are superb they taste fantastic.The coffee is absolutely perfect and the service is extremely personal and so welcoming!! I would highly recommend a visit you will not be disappointed.

Great new cafe in holt, the sandwiches are amazing and it has a fresh and fun feel to the inside but moved outside to the courtyard to enjoy the sun with my sandwich and an aperol spritz!! Highly recommend trying the Parma when you’re there.

Really delicious sandwiches with a great variety of deli inspired fillings. I had the Misto which was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely come back to try some other options. Coffee was excellent too, and staff were very friendly and attentive.

My wife is vegan and I'm vegetarian they catered for both of us. Very tasty sandwiches and the coffee and hot chocolate went down very well. Worth a visit

Came with a friend to try Core for our weekly lunch. I had the Toasty, with ham, mozzarella etc. It was crisp and delicious, a tiny bit of side salad would have enhanced it further but we think it will be our new "go to" place. Very friendly welcome, our young waiter was delightful and as older ladies we could have happily taken him home.🤗

For a cheese and everything Italy lover, todays toasty sandwich with nduja did not disappoint.. it was so delicious! Also offered a lovely syrup in my coffee while I waited 🧀🔥☕

Once again we had a fabulous evening dinner experience at The Core (Casa Blanca). We pre ordered the black rice paella and it was absolutely fabulous, washed down with a lovely bottle of Vega Del Cega. Blanca clertainly knows how to cook a paella. Thank you for a lovely meal. Paul & Carmel

We tried the sandwiches here and really enjoyed them. The bread they use is gorgeous, the fillings tasty and generous.

Popped in for coffee and cakes and the service and food and drink were amazing! They were absolutely lovely chatting to my toddler as well. Highly recommend a visit, we’ll be going back!
