Haddenham Post Office

Always a great service. I send 100s letters and parcels every few days as part of my business. The staff are always extremely helpful and professional. Very lucky to have this post office in our village.

I use it sometimes instead of my past office in Thame, as Thame branch is just a sorry excuse of a post office. On the other hand this branch is just perfect, staff extremely helpful and very very quick. Nothing seems to be too difficult for them. They should go around and train staff in Thame and Aylesbury.

Thank you to the man behind the counter. What a busy man but still had time to help me out and go beyond his duty to help me. Thank you. Wishing all people would be so kind.

Really unsure about all these other reviews! Have been 3 times this week alone, normally with about 10-20 parcels a turn and the guys there have been nothing but pleasant and helpful every single time!

I drive from Thame to use this post office often as there's usually no queue and the guys are lovely, will keep using it as my preferred post office!

No idea what other comments mean. Vickie and Raj are wonderful. Also they have higher end items that I would not expect in a corner shop in a tiny village. To receive friendliness you need to be friendly as well.

Hell of a lot better than co op

I take my parcels here. One of the staff really needs to improve his customer service. He not very friendly at all.

Since it doesn't appear on any other site, the final posting time at this post office is 4.40pm on Mondays through Fridays. Last collection is 4.53pm hence why they don't take any parcels after that time. I thought that may be useful.

Service can be surly and I would prefer it if the staff wore masks but the hours are generally good and it's well located for speedy drop offs.

The service was excellent but am not sure how it happened that a letter I posted signed for delivery has been delivered to my house in Thame instead of Oxford where it was meant to go to. Very weird. Will check with the shop to understand this error

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid this place at all costs. Rude staff and will try to scam you. I measured and weighed a letter at home to use Royal Mail Click & Drop for a first class signed for service and affixed the postage (a passport return incidentally). When I tried to drop it off at this place the staff member told me there wasn't sufficient postage and I needed to pay more (which I knew wasn't the case). Needless to say I wasn't going to be comfortable leaving my old passport with someone with obviously questionable ethics anyway. I then went somewhere else and they told me the postage was fine. Says everything you need to know about this place really.
