Enfield Community Orchestra

Last night myself and my mum went along to watch the orchestra for there Christmas concert. What a lovely christmassy night. They had a brilliant tombola on the go and plenty of refreshments and cake to choose from half way through. Spoke to some of the members of the orchestra and what a lovely welcoming group of people they are. The volunteers were also very friendly all with smiles. Will definitely be going to there next concert in April next year. Highly recommended for a lovely evening of beautiful music.

Enfield Community Orchestra was started in 2017 and I’ve been a member since the outset! We play great music which is very varied, the members are of all ages and get on really well together. Lucy our strings coach is wonderful and Eddie, our conductor is brilliant! He’s an amazing musician, is patient, aims high and has a superb sense of humour. I love Thursday evenings!

I've been a member of the orchestra since the first rehearsal, we play a variety of music both classical and film, with 3-4 concerts per year. All the music is provided and we are able to take it home to practice, we have sectionals throughout the year to concentrate on any parts that may need extra tuition. We also have social evenings too and each rehearsal has a tea break halfway. I always look forward to attending, a chance to see my friends and to play with other musicians.

This community orchestra is a group of friendly and welcoming people who rehearse together weekly and have 3 concerts a year. 🎺🎷🎻🥁 They will always welcome new musicians 🎶🎵🎶 Their concerts are evenings of fantastic varied music played by a great orchestra! 👏👏👍😁

Such a wonderful group to play with. Rehearsals are fun and Eddie (conductor) is such a great guy. Very inclusive with members of all abilities. If you're looking to boost your learning and play in a relaxed atmosphere where it's ok to make mistakes, then look no further as this Orchestra is the place to be!

Thoroughly enjoyed myself at the winter concert. A great selection of music and wonderful atmosphere. I went with my sister and cousin and all three of us are looking forward to the next one.

Enjoyed every moment of all the concerts and will attend as many as I can in the future. Keep up the beautiful playing and great music choices.

This is a great group of people who play music together. Everyone is welcome, there is no pressure or auditions, and we even have a chat over tea and biscuits.
