I wanted a sports massage after my fight (Professional Boxing) to get my body right before I went into training camp for the next one. Kavina was clearly very knowledgeable and made sure to tailor the session to my specific needs. She also applied rock tape on my back which has helped no end with my posture, due to being hunched over in my boxing stance a lot of the time. The best sports massage I've had and will definitely be booking regular visits. Highly recommended.

Kavina is really talented. I went to her with neck, shoulder and arm pain and felt 80% better after the 1st session. She took her time and also showed me exercises to do at home. Would really recommend her!

I was having really bad tension headaches for over two weeks and after becoming concerned I phoned the doctors to which I couldn’t get an appointment. I searched the local area for Physiotherapist and I stumbled across The Therapy Lab! I reached out via email and Kavina replied super quickly and reassured me my tension headaches could be due to muscle problems! Sure enough after just one session with Kavina I no longer have the headaches and I now visit her frequently! She is fantastic, bubbly, outgoing and her studio feels welcoming and comfortable! Could not recommend Therapy Lab enough! Got recommended by a friend of mine when I was having chronic back/hip pains last year and Kavvi assessed me and worked her magic in massaging out the aches and pains. Fast forward a year and a similar episode occurred. Kavvi was able to get me an appointment fast and get me seen too. She has also recommended me to see another health suite which specialises in skeletal manipulation. This just shows that she really does care about my health & well being and not just taking you for a ride for extra money like many other physiotherapists! Highly recommend

Kavina is a gem. Heard about her through friends. Struggled with back and shoulder pain and knee pain. Felt a sense of relief after my massage she also shown me how to strap my knees up with the tape. Will definitely visit again highly recommend!

Kavina has been amazing with her postpartum and sports massages. Her home visits in Chesham (Buckinghamshire) make it really convenient to fit into my schedule. Her massages have been outstanding and her experience definitely shows as she adapts her technique to soothe and heal any injuries/weaknesses I have. 10/10 and so good i’ve bought extra massages for the family!

I was provided with a with a initial consultation at the beginning of the session and I explained my pains around my body. I was given a tailored treatment for my body which I was very pleased with. Post treatment I could feel the positive effects after 24 hours. It was great to have someone who knows her stuff and can trust. Will definitely be going back for further treatment 👌
