George is extremely talented in his ability to be able to address individual needs. Professional and efficient. Even after a short half hour the issues I had been having with my body were marginally released and I left feeling the benefits straight away. I would whole heartedly recommend

Had my first ever massage with George. George is polite and provides attentive care. I was more than impressed. He found all the ares which had knotted muscles and today i woke up feeling fresh and ready for the day. Will 100% be back again

This was my first sports massage and I did feel quite nervous. I shouldn't have worried as George immediately put me at ease. We discussed my lower back pain and realised why and how it had occurred. I had a 45-minute session which included cupping and felt George knew exactly where the pain was. I know I am not completely pain-free and will take time and further sessions to repair the damage, however, I now appreciate the importance of looking after my back with sports massage before the problem happens. Thank you George and I will book in again with you soon.

Just had my second session, first was with James last month and the one today with George
Explained I was a bit nervous as I'm not used to getting a massage but either way you're in great hands and was put at ease and feeling great from it

Excellent ! I had pain on my left arm for more than 2 years and had taken many pain killers and then I searched on internet for massage and George Himan returned my call.
I booked 1 hour session as I felt I needed more time to start with. Initially after 1 session, felt great!
Then pain came slowly so I gave that feedback to George and he worked on it accordingly.
After my 2nd session, it was like a miracle !
I am pain free now!
Definitely recommend to everyone who requires professional help.
I will be continuing my therapy on regular basis to prevent any future pain.

I needed a sports massage to clear multiple pains from weightlifting and hiking. James at George Himan was very professional in assessing what was needed and then finding and easing all the tight muscles and joints. I can highly recommend James and the service at George Himan

This review is an edit from my already previous 5 star review. I've been having pretty much monthly sessions with the George Himan clinic for the past year - all my life I've been suffering from whole body tension / twists caused by (what me and a private orthopaedic thought to be) a structural issue with my feet / leg length. I'm quite informed about the body but even after private consultations with medical specialist advice I couldn't get to the heart of the problem and always had a gut feeling that the issue might be muscular tension holding my body in a certain state.

Both George and James know exactly what's up, and finally after about 7 years of trying different solutions, I have found a solution that I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with any problems they suspect might be remotely related to musculo-skeletal - this includes people who have, or, think they might have; scoliosis, flat-footedness, recurring headaches, a sedentary lifestyle, leg-length discrepancies, pelvic tilts and one-sided weaknesses/muscle imbalances.

This clinic will probably get to the root of your problem, if not at a minimum give you solid advice and a session that will be well-worth the price.

Movement is Medicine.

Had a lot of sports massages in my years, but George is by far the best. He creates an environment that makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and always manages to workout my aches and pains to allow me to get the most from my sport. Highly recommended.

I had multiple sessions with George, and it is safe to say that every time I have a session with him, I feel more comfortable at the gym. Releasing all the tensions in my body makes the recovery faster💪, removing all the soreness and making my body pain-free.
