Adam is very knowledgeable, works well to improve areas of concern and pain and gives good advice had two sessions of mixed therapies now over the last two months already my posture has improved and some of my pain in certain parts of the body.

I went here with shoulder pain and sleepless nights due this pain. Adam has managed to decrease the pain and almost completely clear the injury as a whole. Adam is genuinely very helpful and very clued on with everything he does. Definitely does put you through your pain threshold! cannot recommend the man enough!

Went in for back and shoulder pain, was dealt with very professionally. Halfway through the session was instantly feeling relieved from the pain I was suffering. Very skilled at his craft. Would definitely return and recommend.

Have had a knot in my back for over a week, 60 minute session covered everything from releasing the knot, deep tissue massage and wet cupping. Adam is very passionate about his work and it clearly speaks for itself in the results. Not only does he do the therapy but he also explains the how and why he is using these techniques for your specific treatment.

Absolutely incredible. My back has been bad for a while was really stiff and tight… Adam sorted it in an hour session, Adam knew exactly what he was doing, used various methods. He knew exactly what to do and made it as painless as possible. I cannot recommend this guy enough.

Adam was really knowledgeable about the human anatomy and passionate about his practice. You can see it in his work and advise. He knew where the effected area was just by looking. Following the one hour session he performed many various techniques for pain relief such as; deep tissue and hot stone massage, dry cupping, light therapy and many other techniques.

Amazing experience! I had a 2 hour session with Adam. Adam is very knowledgeable, took his time and focused on areas of my body where I had issues. The massage therapy was out of this world, alongside the wet and dry cupping and chiropractic treatment. Clean premises. Would highly recommend!

I have had shoulder problems for so many years and seen so many specialists then went to see Adam he was really good and super friendly not only he fixed my shoulder he also did cupping to detox all toxins out of my body. Will be seeing him again and would recommend it everyone who has any pain in their body go see him.

Adam was too good! I was having lower back pain for a while and needed some urgent treatment! He was flexible and knew exactly what to do! He listened to where I was having pain and tailored the treatment! The cupping he did made me feel much better and my pain was gone with all the advice he gave too… Definitely would recommend

Adam is an amazing Chiro and highly qualified in his field of expertise. Since I’m a student, his £60 mixed massage session is very affordable and effective. I came in with a stiff back and strained muscles. Within an hour he released all the knots!

I highly recommend this session for any athletes or anybody who is experiencing muscle strain.

I think the first thing to acknowledge here is - the product you provide is way more than just cupping. I’ve had issues with my lower back for years and recently it became worse with it effecting my mobility. The deep tissue massage with all the various techniques you used was incredible. Hijama was secondary in our session! I would recommend without any reservations for the service and the price. I’ll be back soon 🙌

Best sports therapist in Leicester!! Been having so many issues with my back- after a few sessions my back is always feeling amazing!! Adam is very knowledgable & knows how to get to my areas that’s causing me issues. Adam is very friendly & funny and treats you like family from the very 1st session - 10/10 service!! Always takes his time & gives helpful tips on ways to strengthen my back. Also got me some Shilajit which I’m excited to start using!!

Went for a session to Meraki wellness clinic post ACL op. Adam really helped me recover to full fitness an Range of motion with a clear recovery and strength and conditioning plan. Always available to speak too and help out. I feel these guys have gone above and beyond and I will be visiting regularly as its the best clinic I've been to.

This was my first session with Adam and I feel better than ever. He was Professional, Competent and had a Great manner. I have every confidence in him and I look forward to our next session soon!
