Framlingham Vets

We're away on holiday for the week. Our baby cavalier got a tic embedded in her head. Never had one before and no way of removing it. Went to Framlingham vets and was seen very quickly by a nurse who removed it. The reception staff and nurse were so pleasant and helpful, really putting us at ease. Won't be going anywhere without tic twister in future.

Very caring and compassionate team, took our 13 year old Labrador to see them as he was in distress. They did everything possible to see if we could help him. Unfortunately his age was the deciding factor and they helped us get paw prints before we said goodbye. Can't recommend them enough. Fudge passed very peacefully in their care. Thank you.

Great vet practice, partnered with my local vets in Wickham Market. Very friendly and helpful.

Highly highly recommend. We are on holiday and our dog got a grass seed in her eye. They saw us very quickly and were so kind and obviously very professional. Seeing them again tomorrow for a check up. Definitely recommend to everyone.

They have been nothing short of amazing to us while we have been through initial diagnosis to treatment. The team are warm and friendly with the caring nature that you hope for from a vet.

They have knowledge and passion for everything they do and spent time with us to go through all options and avenues before proceeding.

Really compassionate people. We lost our companion Stanley a couple if weeks back and they were so considerate. They even sent us a sympathy card. If we ever get another dog we will certainly be taking them here.

Always very professional and responsive to My dog Betty’s needs. Offers reassurance and alternatives to care. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. And Betty loves Kieren - a lot!! Thank you all for meeting her frequent flyer needs being a Lurcher made of sugar paper!!

Decided to change our vets to Framlingham Vets over two years ago and have not regretted my decision for one moment. Such lovely welcoming staff (Ramsey actually gets excited when we pull into the car park!) who actually care about my dog not the £££. Carolina has even rung us after a few days to see how my dog was! (have never had that from other vet practices) Have even had quotations for procedures and been charged less! Highly recommend these vets and I am extremely protective when it comes to the welfare of my dog. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We were so glad that this vet was open on Sunday! Our bunny needed to be seen right away. We called at 10 and were seen at 11. Carolina was kind to our rabbit, treated her quickly and efficiently, and even offered to see us after hours if the problem persisted. We’re pleased to say Daisy made a swift improvement following treatment. Having visited many vets over the years we were impressed by the friendly receptionist, kind and efficient veterinary treatment, and also the good value for money of the consultation and medication. Would recommend without hesitation. 5 stars!
