I have had various items of clothing from this store. I have always been happy with the quality and the fit, though I usually wait until the sales to get a decent price. All the staff seem pleasant here.

This new flagship Next is, without any doubt, the best Next store that I've been in, and I've been dragged into quite a few by my Next loving partner. It's managed to combine the best bits of the previous incarnation, with a wide range of clothes - plus an excellent Costas and and a Paper Chase.

Great shop with lots of space. It has a cafe too and other concessions. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s great to come with a pram as it’s really spacious.

Typical next store with everything from homewares to underwear for young and old! Also has the benefit off a Costa on site as well as a travel agent!

I don't usually use Next but glad I did as I bought 3 shirts, 1 sale and 2 others.

As ever only here under duress at the trouble&strife's insistence....I'm sure if its your thing you'll have a lovely time, me well I'm living up to the new idea of modern man and indulging the boss.....

One of the better Next stores, based on 2 floors. Has a Costa coffee also upstairs. A good selection ofMenz summer clothing.

Actually really nice Next store very customer friendly all the departments very well presented. Again love the quality of the clothes here.

I have been a Next customer for many years now and can honestly say the store in Tamworth have some of the best staff for being helpful and friendly, often going out of their way to fetch things for you.
During the last year, when open, they have implemented lots of safety measures for customers and staff. Online collections have been a breeze as have returns.
Recently shopping for new work clothes for a new job I was assisted by a lovely young girl with brown hair in a pointy tail, she only looked young so I think maybe her first job, none the less she couldn't doe enough to help, I'm not 100% sure of her name on the badge as a pen partly covered it but it was Catlin, or Caitlin maybe. I hope she stays in shop work as she was really pleasant.
In the time I've been going into this store there has always been a warm welcome and the manager should be very proud of his staff.

What an improvement from the previous store. The new one has a huge selection of furniture and clothes in the same store. The furniture brochure is amazing in its choice.

One of my favourite places to shop. Really good quality clothing at reasonable prices. Shop always nicely laid out and very clean and colourful. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to exchange refund etc .......

Usually Next sales can be a bit hectic with people running around grabbing anything and everything but this was well policed by the staff with one way in, one way out being the way the store was operated. There was some bargains to be had but as there was a VIP sale last night most of the best had gone. Always good fun though.

Nice shop, popped in for a cuppa and cake, came out with new bed linen, definitely recommend a mooch.

Ok so I'm giving it 5 stars but in fairness only went to Costa and they did get the order wrong and have to top up the ice tea with more of the juice thing but the staff wasn't weird about it was actually really friendly the seats was nice the Wi-Fi was a bit slow but they had any nice jumpers

Always great pick up pointand drop off,no mess,no fuss. Staff polite and helpful too which is always a bonus.

Excellent improvement in large size T shirts for men and superb spacious disabled changing facilities

Can't really fault this place, it's nicely laid out and welcoming. The staff are polite and offer assistance without being intrusive. There is a good range of stock and parking is free.
