The member of staff was excellent. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. He spoke to us and gave us space as we browsed. When we decided he made the process very easy. The store was very easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. We were able to get the single mattress for our daughter at a great deal. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service from the moment we walked into the shop right through to the delivery of the bed. We were kept informed through out the whole process. Would most definitely recommend.

We were looking for a mattress at the Aylesbury branch. Very friendly staff. A young lady served us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very satisfied, there is a good range of beds and mattresses to see and try as well as the machine which will help you select what is best for you. The staff are helpful, there is a fine line between being helpful and constantly at a customer and I think the staff in Aylesbury get it right.

Excellent from first visit to Aylesbury store throughout ordering, planning, delivery and customer services. It seems Benson is a food pla e to work as everyone was spot on and I'd highly recommend them. The beds and mattresses are gorgeous

From the moment of purchasing our new bed, Benson for Beds were fantastic, we had regular updates of the progress of our new bed, on the delivery day we were phoned 1 hour before to delivery explaining what time they would deliver.
The delivery staff were exceptional very polite and very nice to talk to.
Only 1 place for a new bes and that is Benson for Beds.

The delivery drivers were really friendly and delivered with a smile. They were very quick but also careful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They have technology whereby you can lie on a bed and they will show you how the mattress feels from soft to extra firm to help you make the right choice.

Our experience of the store in Aylesbury was fantastic. Luke, the manager and his team were so knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly we have had numerous issues with the delivery and customer service side of things. (Nothing to do with the store) in fact, things got so bad that I reached out to Luke who went over and above to help get our issues resolved. We are yet to receive our products however I will remain optimistic.

Bensons was a very easy straightforward experience. All went smoothly and on time . Mattress was taken away and new one installed in the room it was going to be used in.

We went into the Bensons in Aylesbury to look for a new bed, the first time we were there it must have been an hour or so investigating, built up a thirst could have done with a coffee but no machine in this shop! We thought that we had found what we wanted, went home to discuss.
Next day we went to another shop to look but couldn't find what we wanted and was still tempted by what we saw and felt in Bensons.
Went back on the last day of the sale tried the adjustable again and really fell in love with it again, so we decided to buy and went to the customer desk, we were served by a very knowledgeable assistant , he was a great help and knew his stuff, whilst we was talking about all the bits and pieces, I could have murdered a coffee, but as I said before this shop does not have a coffee machine, what a shame. Can't wait for our bed to arrive.

Went in over Easter looking at mattresses for our son. Bryan came over to see if we needed help, we explained what we were looking for and he was awesome. Showed our son which beds to lay on (which both kids loved doing!). Once we'd decided on the one we wanted, he arranged delivery on a suitable day for us. Mattress arrived exactly as planned with no issues at all - delivery driver carried it up our 100ft driveway!! We purchased this even though we hadn't been anywhere else just because we knew we could go back to him if we had problems. Thank you Bryan!

I'm giving the shop 5 stars because the sales guy was really helpful. Didnt mind me trying out various beds and explained the pros and cons of the different types of mattress. He even left me to my own devices for a while.
Although I didn't buy on this occasion, I have at least narrowed my choice to a couple. Whilst one is almost double the price, you really can't put a price on a decent night's sleep - that and he explained their interest free payment plan as well as their trial period etc.

Conner your sale man went above and beyond to assist us. We had no beds on our boat as the man we bought the boat from stole them. We were then let down twice for delivery to our boat and on a Sunday afternoon Conner found us two perfect mattresses and got the delivered to us that evening, he is an absolute credit to your company and saved us so much trouble and distress due to his empathy and kindness he was just brilliant massive thank you to him
