Served by Rob a couple of weeks ago at the Loughborough branch. He couldn’t have been more helpful and honest in his own reviews of what he expected would work best for my trade. I’ve gave it a couple of weeks trialling his advice and can’t find a single fault on the honesty he has given me.
A rare gentleman that cares more about quality at a brilliant price rather than pushy sales. Ask for what you need- you get. What could be better?

The items for my click and collect order were available for collection very quickly.
Collection was quick and straightforward, and staff were friendly and helpful. I have been consistently impressed with the range and quality of products, and the service provided at ToolStation.

I ordered the item i required. received the email to say that it was ready for collection.
When i arrived at the store, the social distancing procedure was clearly defined and i was given my item on production of the last 3 digits of my order number.

Great service from Tool Station Loughborough, I’m a new customer and have now been twice and will continue to go. Previously driven further down the road, but Tool station have a really easy to use web site, orders are processed quickly and it’s service with a smile when you go to collect.

I love coming here! The staff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to find the products I am after, even if it means a few trips back to the stock room while I make up my mind, they do it happily. Great service, cheapest prices around, highly recommend!

Once again I found it very quick and easy to find and reserve the required product from those listed on the website. Having placed my order for collection it was literally just a couple of minutes before I received the confirmation that the ordered item was ready for collection.

I was served by a lovely young chap who goes by the name of Rob. He was so welcoming and helped me decide on what tools I needed for the job. I even said to him 'Good Job, Rob'. Would highly recommend this company, very polite and have so much knowledge. Didn't rush me out of the door either, unlike other tool stores (won't mention any names!)

When i went here Jess was very helpful and friendly. She was able to serve both queues on the regular counter and the click and collect counter at the same time on her own. She is a fantastic employee, give her a pay rise!

After spending a considerable amount of effort trying to be the person that Visits most often I’ve come to know some of the staff quite well. I think we’re on first name terms now. Not only is Jess & Marks’ service spot on, their click and collect service is fantastic and has been all through lockdown - orders generally ready to collect in minutes.
If I need something, 99% of the time they have it, and if they don’t, they get it, sharpish.

Not going to lie - I came for the tools, but keep coming back because of the staff.

Normally they have everything in stock and it is quick to collect if using the online system. Staff are always nice and give great service. Parking is ok with a few parking spaces but the store is generally not too busy.

After visiting my local store in Loughborough I feel I have to leave a review due to the service and product knowledge I received from both Jess and Marie, this was exceptional. A credit to the company I will be visiting here more often due to the professionalism and manner in which I was treated in store. Thanks Gary - Osborn Builders

I have been using this branch of Toolstation for many years and always found them to be friendly and helpful. Today I urgently needed some locking pliers so I ordered them online hoping I would get a text in 15 minutes to say they were ready for collection. I actually got the text within a couple of minutes of ordering and had collected them within 15 minutes. Great service.

Ordered & paid via the website for a bottle of welding Gas
received a text within 5 mins that item was ready for collection .
Actually picked it up this Morning ( Saturday ) very pleasant female staff member handed the bottle of gas over in less than 3 minutes in Sore .
