Had a facial treatment with Hannah which was the most relaxing and lovely one I’ve ever had considering I’ve had some in very expensive high end establishments this was by far superior. Cannot recommend highly enough. Then had a lovely pedicure with molly making my feet lovely and soft with very pretty nails. Both very professional and competent therapists with such attention to detail and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Can’t wait to go back for more. I’ve certainly found my new salon.

I booked The Beauty Haven for a manicure and pedicure. Hannah did my manicure whilst Molly did my pedicure at the same time. Hannah was as professional as always as was Molly. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and was very happy with the quality of both Molly’s and Hannah’s work. Would definitely recommend.

Love this salon so much, every time I go I've had the loveliest experience. Initially just went for LVLs and waxing, but had my first back massage today and it was one of the best I'd had ever.

I recently booked to have anti wrinkle injections with Hannah - she was amazing! I'm so happy with my treatment and the results. Hannah is so professional and friendly, her after care and customer service was impeccable! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my beauty treatments! I visit Jess every month for my gel manicure, she's a perfectionist and really looks after you! Would highly recommend for any beauty service or aesthetic treatment :)

This salon went above and beyond for my appointment- staff were amazing, so polite, professional & could not do enough for me! My treatments were done to an excellent standard & I have booked back in! Would not go anywhere else now. Molly was amazing!

I come to the Beauty Haven every month to get my gel nails done by Jess. I have known Jess for over 7 years, and although she is my best friend, she always treats me like a client. She is always very professional and polite, and I always walk out of the salon feeling great. Her talent is incredible. It was lovely to also see some new friendly faces working in the salon. Jess took great care in what she was doing and went through the process of the different parts of the facial .

I've been looking for a decent waxing place all over Leicester and have finally found it! This place had exceeded my expectations, it had a nice ambiance and very lovely and welcoming staff! The therapist I had, who I think was named Chloe or Jessica (sorry I can't quite remember), was SO GOOD, making sure every little bit of hair was waxed or plucked! She was so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. I have already recommended her and this place to a couple of my friends and will definitely look to making this my regular. Thank you!

I recently had a Seventy Hyal facial treatment at The Beauty Haven by Jess. My whole experience from start to finish was perfect, the salon is stunning and has such a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Jess was so professional and informative explaining each process of the treatment and checking to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout. I am so happy with my results my skin is glowing! Overall a fab experience I would definitely recommend 🖤

This was my first visit to The Beauty Haven to have the LVL lash treatment and I am absolutely delighted with the results! Natalia was extremely professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Gabriella was fab! So lovely and welcoming, I always enjoy my massage sessions with her, she is professional and really looks after you. I feel comfortable around her aswell. First time visit to the salon today. Very clean and friendly staff. New therapist Gabriella was so warm and welcoming and did a grand job of my luxury gel manicure. Look forward to visiting the salon in the future, keep up the good work :)

I had the skinpen procedure done, Hannah did a face consultation with me and was really friendly and genuine. The skinpen procedure itself was great, Hannah really reassured me, was so encouraging and was very patient and understanding throughout the whole procedure. She has also been very reliable with answering any instagram DMs Ive been sending her regarding my treatment. Gorgeous clinic, you can tell the owner(s) of the business (I'm assuming Hannah is the owner of the business) have really put time and effort into it, Hannah really wants her clients to be comfortable. Any other staff members in the clinic were friendly. The clinic is very covid 19 aware and very hygienic. Excited to see the results of my treatment and will be coming back for at least 2 more! Thank you Hannah for being great ❤

I had an amazing facial and massage done by Gabriella today. She was incredibly professional and tailored both the treatments to my preference and skin type. The Decelor facial was amazing, and the products were applied in such a soothing and relaxing way. I loved the way Gaberiella incorporated massage techniques into the facial, I felt like I was in a spa! Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had! The massage was also very relaxing and I felt like a lot of the tension in my muscles just melted away. Thank you Gabriella, looking forward to more treatments in future!

I am so pleased that I discovered The Beauty Haven! I have been visiting the salon for about 6 months and can honestly say that every treatment has been exceptional. The Beauty Haven is a superb relaxing retreat. Hannah and her team make every customer feel very special. They are so polite, professional and considerate. Nothing is ever too much trouble and each and every therapist works in a meticulous way to ensure you are always happy with your treatments.

I really cannot recommend Hannah and her team enough. For me they provide superb and exceptional service. I leave the salon feeling wonderful. Whether it is a pedicure, facial, manicure or one of the many other wonderful treatments they offer, everything they do is perfect. Hannah is just exceptional.

I highly recommend treating yourself at the Beauty Haven, as there isn’t anywhere else like it.

Just been in for a facial and scalp and shoulder massage with Talia. One of the best facials I have had. My skin is glowing. The massage was really good and I left feeling really relaxed. Will definitely be booking again soon.

Visited this salon for the first time today and there’s only one word to describe my experience, AMAZING!! Jess and Chloe were so friendly and the treatments that I had with them were first class. So good that I rebooked with them before I left. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
