Move out from Cardiff recently, but that was my must go shop for my organic essentials. Many niche products I could always find there. Plus they order for you if you need something. I always had pleasant visits, when I went there. Highly recommended for anyone who likes cooking or prefer healthy choices.

Great little shop with wide range of organic products to offer. On top of dried and tinned goods there is a corner with fresh veggies, little bakery section with yummy bread and whole section dedicated to products used at home for cleaning as well as hygienic and cosmetic stuff. Staff is always friendly and helpful :)

Been shopping here many years & will always do so. The shop has excellent supplies for the discerning customer and is always manned by staff who are both friendly & knowledgable about healthy food.
It even attracts friendly & interesting customers.
