Had a lovely meal tonight, food was delicious and was just a really nice cozy café. Also loved this chino cola!

Discovered this hidden gem a while back whilst hunting for a quiet cafe to do some uni work.

Been wanting to come back for dinner for a while and tonight was the night.
The food did not disappoint!!
It was fresh, full of flavour and portions to cure my besties broken heart.

The service was immpeccible. The staff are all lovely & Oh my goodness they have the best butter - imported from Italy 😍

It was really sad to see the place so quiet. It is a hidden Italian gem in the heart of melton!

Found by accident. Good eclectic menu. Cooked fresh and very flavoursome. Staff lovely. Both times the food was slower in arriving than in other places but that's the cost of freshly prepared food, and we'll worth the wait.

Beautiful authentic Italian restaurant and would recommend to all. If anyone is thinking of going, definitely do as the food is to die for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All round from myself, my family and friends.

Love Caffe Italia. An absolute gem of a place in the lovely town of Melton. Situated in the most picturesque part of the town. Unequivocally authentic Italian cafe, looks the part and delivers every time. Coffee is fantastic, food always devine and service warm and friendly. Always leave with a smile....

Found this charming place and decided to pop in for lunch. The food was incredible. Great value for money as well. They had an offer for 2 for £12 for small pasta dishes (much bigger than expected having seen the price of the offer!) which were so delicious we stopped off again for dinner. Pizza was incredible and we made the most of their happy hour offer and had a couple of cocktails each as well! Service was incredible, very friendly and chatty. Definitely will visit again, next time I'm in the area.

I hadn't been here for 5 years, it popped up on my Facebook memories, we went in for a snack, ended up having a 3 course meal, lovely owner, the chef popped out for a chat, it was early on a Saturday evening as we wanted to get back for the rugby, wish I'd stayed for another glass of the great house red and more of the cheesecake. Could not fault this great little place.

This was our second visit here within a few weeks as we absolutely love the food and service. They even went above and beyond and made me something that wasn’t on the menu. (FYI the mushroom risotto is amazing). This has become our favourite place. Absolute must visit

Melton Mowbray Center itself and yet, a secluded charming alley. "Caffe Italia" - because that's what we're talking about, a family, friendly atmosphere. Charming and always smiling service and,...professional. To the point. I am not an expert or reviewer of any cuisine. Here, in "Caffe Italia", it surprises me every time with an incredible fantasy of flavors. Each dish that was served to me is a set of carefully selected sounds. A meal in this place is a symphony for the soul and palate.
To sum up, if this place is True Italian Cuisine, then I love the Italians and the Cuisine they created. I would highly recommend. Andy N.

Lovely visited a few weeks ago. The pudding was delicious and the staff were all smiles. Husband enjoyed the pizza slot and we're very nice when asked to cook the meat a bit more. Very kid friendly and gave my daughter a packet of sweets and all floors and tables were very clean. Dinner was delicious especially the special spaghetti with seafood. Overall very nice. 😋😋

A lovely traditional Italian cafe tucked away from the main high street we just stopped for a coffee and some pastries but the food menu looked fab. The service was great. Its a far batter option than the big chains- support your independents!

Authentic coffee and food, was looking for a place like that in Melton for a long time as you seem to not get good coffee anywhere in this country

We spent a delightful lunch time here today. Spotlessly clean and Covid aware.
Pizza and coffee excellent as was the service.
In the heart of the old town and convenient for both the magnificent Church and high street.
Well worth a visit!

We visited Caffè Italia for lunch whilst waiting for an appointment. I had soup which was home made and my daughter had a pasta dish which was absolutely delicious. All their food is home made, and the staff are amazing, courteous and very efficient, an absolute pleasure to dine, and highly recommended!!
