Caffè Nero

This is one of the most pleasant popular cafes I have been too. The main man behind the counter has a pleasant word for all his customers.

Today 20/4/24,we visited Cafe Nero in Melton Mowbray. THE young guy behind the counter was an absolute star.Absolutely customer focused and so friendly and the Total Professional.
He is an asset to the company.

For me the best coffee and atmosphere in town. Getting a bit pricey but everywhere is these days.

Dog friendly, delicious lemon and blueberry muffin. Coffee full of flavour and hot. Staff rearranged seating to accommodate my wheelchair. Busy market day

A lovely place to sit over a drink, snack or meal and chat with a friend or just enjoy some quiet time to wind down and relax. Particularly nice to sit outside to catch the lunchtime or early evening sunshine. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff and a delicious range of favourites and nee options for food and drink at very reasonable prices in a pleasant environment.

Amazing staff and very friendly. Excellent coffee. Good atmosphere. Centrally located in the town centre. I recommend highly.

Great coffee shop with friendly staff

Popped in as I was going to work but the rota had changed, I thought why not pop in for a treat before going back home.
Chap serving behind the counter said he was new to the store from Beeston, what a breath of fresh air, excellent customer service, chatty and gave a real warmth.
Coming from the hospitality industry industry I can only say what an asset to the business.
I hope this gets fed back to the guy himself.

Out of all the major coffee chains, Nero is in my opinion the best. Really great coffee and when I visited the staff were just perfect,friendly, very competent and efficient.

It's lovely! A bit pricey but lovely. Coffee is really good! Cakes and scones are lovely.

It is always a treat to go to the Melton Nero’s. Today it is decorated for Halloween . Claire and the baristas always make a big effort to welcome customers. Today the freezing weather outside was contrasted with the warm welcome within and a cafe decorated for Halloween. The baristas were in costume .It must have been a huge effort for all concerned. Well done . They take similar care at other festive times too. The cafe is worth a visit if you are in town.

The ladies working there provide great service. Greets customers promptly and all is prepared very quickly!

I went to this branch whilst in Melton Mowbray and really enjoyed a great coffee, the staff are amongst the most pleasant and efficient I've come across.

Friendly and attentive staff. Cafe was clean and had a lovely atmosphere.

I love the coffee here and the staff are always super efficient but the premises are greatly in need of updating, it's very busy in there and your staff do a super job.
