A beautiful place, with equally beautiful food and amazing friendly service.

The cooked breakfast is one of the best I’ve had.

It doesn’t get better than the breakfast I had. Warm welcome, lots of space, friendly atmosphere. The coffee was delicious and a proper strength. The food was great, all served piping hot with runny eggs. Yum.

Great cafe, great staff and fantastic choice of food and drink.

Caught the tail end of breakfast service on Monday. Great big breakfast, partner had a sausage and egg sandwich which was great for the price too. Fresh OJ and iced coffee were brilliant. Sat outside in the sun and enjoyed the breakfast. Will definitely be back!

Warm and welcoming staff and delicious salads, humous and sourdough and coffee 😋 As well as a lovely cosy atmosphere. A real find. Forgot to take a photo before I ate!

We are at a loss to understand how anyone could ever write anything negative about this cafe ! We have been literally hundreds of times, and the food (and the staff) are absolutely lovely. Not sure what some people expect, but trust me it doesn’t get any better than this.

We were looking for some lunch in Buxton and to eat inside as it was raining. bad timing asceveryone else had the same idea. it was very busy, but they still fitted us in sharing a table with someone else. The food was unexpected and fabulous. the tastiest lamb burger with hummous and amazing carrott salad, bean salad, pineapple salad amongst our favourites. lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. we liked food so much we took takeaway salad box home with us. topping on cake was dog friendly. Thankyou for a lovely unexpected pleasurable lunch.

Jo and Simon catered for our corporate weekend. Pizza Party, Buffet Lunch and Greek Feast. The food was superb, tasty and plentiful. The service was friendly, helpful and punctual. Highly recommend for your next event.

Absolutely fantastic, the cafe is lovely very welcoming environment, the food was absolutely beautiful. The chef was very good. I was thrilled with the sandwiches we ordered the table next to us had full English and it looked equally as tasty! The music they had playing was 80s very upbeat but played quietly so it wasn't overpowering. Staff where attentive and we were thrilled with the overall experience.

We visited this lovely independent cafe for coffee and lunch. Firstly, so grateful that we could take our dog inside with us. We had the beef burger and a toastie both with house salads- which were all absolutely delicious. Relaxed vibe with friendly staff, a real gem

The food and service was some of the best i've had for a long time.
The attention to detail for visitors was so impressive. Such as spare nappies in the toilets for baby changing, and real hand towels instead of paper towels or electric hand driers.

The staff were exceptional and eager to help with advice about places to visit locally

Stopped off for a cup of java after a long drive. Brilliant cuppa, great service and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Have to say the cakes looked stupendous, diabetes stopped me from trying. Didn't try any food.

Lovely, cosy cafe in a great location on the highstreet. We popped in for coffee and cake before walking the Dragon's Back, and the location near the train station made it perfect for a pit stop. There's a good selection of cakes on the counter - I enjoyed courgette, lime and pistachio cake for something a bit different! The food menu looks good, and the coffee was great. Table service was lovely and friendly, and the mix of sofas and chairs spread across a couple of levels gives everyone space to get comfortable and enjoy the natural light from the big windows. Books and toys for children is a nice touch as well :)

Love this cafe and come here every time we are in Buxton. My new favourite is sour dough toast and Home made marmalade. Coffee is great too and rarely do we leave without a piece or two of homemade cake.

I was waiting for a bus and just went for a quick coffee. OMG. WHY I didn’t know about this place before. Coffee was LOVELY. The day after I went for a fresh orange juice and soup which was homemade (expecting can soup) but this was delicious 😊 Only bread could be toasted or from the local bakery but ofc it’s just preference. My 3yo loved all the toys which were CLEAN and well maintained not like in some cafes where it’s scary to touch them with a stick. THANK you, this place is my favorite one from today in BUXTON and definitely will recommend to everyone!

A big advantage is the cappuccino on oat milk, which they cook incredible. They also have a delicious kombucha. A large selection of dishes with vegetables and salads. Everything is fresh and delicious.
