We had a very large curtain made by Paula about 8/9 years ago which were wonderful.
After all this time we developed a bit of a problem with the hooks and Paula came out and arranged to repair the curtain at no cost. Thank you Paula, this was unexpected and far above what I would have expected after so long, what wonderful service.

I have been a customer of Paula Jayne's for over 25 years and have had several sets of curtains from her. I have always found her to be extremely professional and helpful as are all the staff who work in the shop. I have recently purchased new curtains for lounge and dining room and am more than pleased with the way they were made and fitted. The same excellent service as I have received previously.
