Spoke to these a week ago and got me approved even tho j just finished my IVA,wasn't 100% but I spoke to Ben I think it was and he sent me pics of a car I like a long with finance payments are took my car reg to part ex this was midday Sat, j was happy with the car and the deal, signed the e document,Ben said he would even drop the car off to me in cannock and by 5pm he was here! Hand delivered signed sorted and took my old car,i had platinum RAC for 12mths 3mths RAC warranty and an immaculate zafira 13 plate only 28,500 on the clock! All.in all 5hrs to sort and get me in my car and delivered to me.......now that's service! Thank you!!!

I purchased a peugeot 308 on the 3rd December 2017 on the way home from from picking my vehicle up the engine light has come on. I rang Ben who has been dealing with me through the purchase and gary the manger they have kept saying the accountants have got to pay there bills to the garages in order for me to get my car fixed. 6 weeks later I've still been told they are waiting for the accountants and now got a mot on the vehicle which will be a mot failure and looking at possibly having to pay for the repair my self. Don't waste your time with this garage as I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. I'm going to report this company for not following out the warranty they have gave. Very disappointed.

Buyer beware!
I was approached to upgrade my financed car with this company. I did so and agreed that they would take my old car and they would pay a settlement fee by 12th July. This was not done. I have rung almost daily and been fobbed off. My old car is now taxed and MOTed so has been sold. I now have finance for two cars. If you have purchased a mondeo FL11 from these people please be advised that you have been sold this car illegally and it will be repossessed. Nothing but a bunch of con artists.

Brought a car from this garage back in August. We have had nothing but problems with our car had the rac to it once a month since as the dpf has been going wrong. We then find out they have switched the light off that comes up in the dash board to stop us knowing there is a problem we are trying to contact them regarding this as they have an obligation to sort it out. If not we will be going further I think it's a disgrace they sell a car to a family with small children who need this to make a living for them. They took the light of as they knew it would cost over 1000 to get fixed and missold us this car.

Con merchants, had me sign for a car then lied to delay it for two weeks because they had crashed it while in transport from one branch to another. I did not know it had been crashed until several weeks later when the paint started to fall off due to them using their own cowboys who don't have a clue what they're doing to repair the vehicle. AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THEM! Just a bunch of idiots who will do anything to make a sale stay well clear unless you want to get ripped off.

bought 308 had nor time in garage than on rd I got car bk than light comes on it's the battery they say they get me one went sat and Sun and the not their any more bit info I found NOT TRADE NOW????
