Stanford Farm

We stayed at Stanford Farm for a hen do as a group of around 20. We had the best time and cannot thank the owners and staff enough. Everyone we encountered across the weekend were lovely and nothing was too much trouble at all, with everyone making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, even helping put up a balloon arch in the bar! The accommodation was clean and spacious, and despite there being so many of us, everyone felt comfortable. Cindy and team setup our own silent disco in the bar and even put Mamma Mia singalong on the big screen. We had the best time and a lot of that is down to the location and the people behind it, could not have asked for anymore. Thank you so much for helping to make my friends hen do everything she wished for and more, will definitely be back if ever I need to organise another one (but not for a while as I need to recover first)!

I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to put into words just how much of an amazing venue Stanford Farm is but here goes…Cindy and the team are the most brilliant hosts and we couldn’t have wished for better. We initially booked our wedding in 2019 and finally on the 2nd April we were able to have our day. It was worth the wait! Stanford Farm is the perfect blank canvas for you to decorate as you wish. Cindy was so chilled out and laid back which put us at ease. She has an endless list of suppliers and contacts which is a massive help! On the weekend of our wedding the whole team were on hand to help and support us. If you’re looking for the perfect DIY venue then look no further. Get it booked! We’ve received endless compliments from friends and family on our choice of venue, it’s such a beautiful place. Thank you for giving us the most amazing wedding day Cindy. It was everything we wanted and more.

We visited at the weekend looking at this farm as a potential wedding venue. The lady was very helpful and obliging, my daughter and future son in law have decided to book it. Looking forward to it next year. Please note that my photos are in winter time just after the storms.

As a filmmaker who films weddings all over the UK and Europe, This is by far my favourite wedding venue. Every event is seemlessly run and whether it's a summer or winter wedding the venue has the wow factor and always looks incredible on film.

Stanford farm is a brilliant venue for those looking for a creative and personal DIY wedding. Great value for money, Cindy goes above and beyond to look after you from the moment you view to the day itself.
The venue is really unique with lots of spaces for guests to mill around in during the day, our favourite touches included the double decker bus accommodation and the cocktail bar-a-van. Not to mention the gorgeous rolling hills of countryside that Stanford is set in.
The farmhouse is well maintained and makes for a great base for the weekend.
We couldn't recommend this venue more, it really allowed us to create a personal, fun day with lots of unique touches.

Wow, what an amazing wedding we had. Amazing just doesn’t cover it, Keith was the best, most kind, generous man to have on our day, we cannot thank him enough. Every touch was perfect to our day, the venue is next to none we know and was just amazing from start to finish we loved every single second of our weekend! We had sooo many compliments on the venue with allowing people to camp, the space, the views it was just perfect we loved it so much! Wish we could relive our wedding day everyday! We will be coming back for the Christmas spectacular and we can’t wait! Thankyou guys! Xx

Beautiful venue, extremely well run with love and hard work. If you are looking for a unique, yet carefully thought out venue for your wedding or event, then this is a fantastic location.
Considering the converted farm setting, it has good disabled access, with level access to most areas. The farm house has an accessible bathroom. There is sloping access to the large Cowshed, smaller Stables and farmhouse.
LGBTQ friendly.

My Daughter got married here and wat a top venue it is I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get married

WOW...My Daughters wedding was held here and I cant thank Cindy and her staff enough, not only is the venue a fabulous place but Cindy and all the staff were so helpful always smiling and ready to and did go the extra mile to make my daughter special day even more special I can honestly say that if you are thinking of booking here , then stop thinking do it. What a fantastic event, superb in every way.
Covid safe, excellent staff, yummy food and a great band.
Complimented by the decor, beautiful wooden huts with an abundance of twinkling lights, a real festive feel to the place.

I did a firework display there for a wedding. Cindy was very helpful and very professional and the security was great too. Would recommend this fantastic venue. The views are stunning too.

Came here for my friends wedding and I must say its such a lovely place although the aisle is rather narrow for weddings but otherwise loved every minute xx

Stanford Farm is the perfect wedding venue for those who want to create a tailor-made DIY wedding. Cindy was the best from start to finish, its pretty much anything goes and you can let your imaginations run wild to which she supports. Stanford has an excellent supply of reasonable suppliers to choose from should you wish.

The photo's do not do this place justice as the grounds and surrounding area is fantastic. We booked our wedding 12 months in advance and visited 3 times during that period - each time they had made improvements to it!

Thanks so so much Cindy for for all your support before and during the day. Your flexibility and relaxed attitude made the whole thing so much easier.
