Gorgeous kennels. Very friendly professional team. Our boy Spencer loves all his time there. Our cats stay too - they’re really well looked after and happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else … 🤩

Great Kennels with caring and friendly staff. This was the 1st time our dog had stayed away from home overnight and he was relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived as well as when we collected him.

We always board our cat's here, never had an issue of any kind, lovely staff, nice accommodation

Sprout seemed to really enjoy his stay at Lower Mill Cattery. He was well looked after and seemed at home when we picked him up.
He received a lot of care and attention while he was there, and the staff seemed to have bonded with him very well.
I would recommend Lower Mill to anybody looking for somewhere for their cats/dogs to stay, and would 100% use them again.

Our Labrador spent two weeks there and he was very well looked after by lovely, friendly staff. Treated like a family pet and was a happy, happy doggie. Highly recommended and would definitely go back. Five stars for sure.

Both of my small breed dogs have been to Lower Mill for their holidays. The staff really care about the welfare of their canine visitors. The dogs have lots of stimulation and are walked several times during the day. The kennels are also super-clean. I heard of Lower Mill through a personal recommendation and I now always recommend Lower Mill to anyone else looking for overnight care for their dogs. My little girls (dogs) were invited to have a day visit before they stayed overnight which was a great idea as it meant I knew they would be happy and familiar with their surroundings and staff during their 'holiday' :D Lovely setting and excellent staff. I wouldn't want my dogs to go elsewhere. Most importantly, my little ones always seem to enjoy going there and they love the staff.

Having worked at Lower Mill for 18 years I know first hand how much love, care and hard work goes into looking after all the pets here. The team look after, and love, your pets as if they were their own. After I moved to Scotland, it took months to find a kennel that was even half as good as Lower Mill (and that now involves a 2hr round trip) as I was very fussy about where my boy stayed! In fact I could count on one hand the number or people I'd let look after my dog, and Lower Mill would come top! I cannot recommend them enough ~ definitely 5 star accommodation 😊💜

This place is amazing - the staff are caring and knowledgeable and run a good tight ship in terms of inoculation rules which fills us with reassurance that our dogs will be healthy and safe. Love the one day trial visit too - meant they and we got to see if Lower Mills was the right place and boy is it :)

The kennels at Lower Mill are outstanding. Facilities are first class with warm, professional and caring staff. Book your pet in with confidence, he/she will be looked after and spoilt as if he were one of their own. Highly recommended.

William has not been in a cattery before throughout his 16 years. He settled into Lower Mill beautifully. Its a wonderful facility and literally home from home. Marvellous thank you. My dog Seren has had a wonderful time. She loves staying with you and she has come home fit and looking so well. I have been ill and couldn't look after her and you took all the worry out of it for me giving her such good quality care.. Thank you so much. I will always use lower mill in the future.

Fantastic facility and you can tell the staff really care about their jobs and the animals.
I like the fact that they are strict on their vaccination policy as it means my dogs won’t pick up anything!!

This kennels is like a luxury hotel, I have taken my dogs for many years. They feed them what they have at home, the kennel is lovely comfortable and safe. The dogs have 4 walks a day, not many kennels offer that. Now they have a large play run with jumps, play toys. With the girls or lads watching and playing with them.
Animal safely is paramount, up to date vacinstins, kennel cough, all to protect each client (dog,cat)
I am never worried leaving them. They will send me photos during my holiday, so I can relax that my babies are enjoying their hols.
I give them the highest rating this is well deserved, one last important issue CCTV all around the kennels and owners live on site.....

Great experience for our first time in using this facility for dog day care. Very helpful staff, sincere and clean environment. Will use again for longer stay.
