Two Magpies Bakery Wells

Great cakes and coffee with plenty of selections.

Called in at lunchtime.
Served fairly quickly but it is winter and midweek between Christmas and new year.

Wife has decaffeinated coffee which they served. Cakes were fresh and very flavoursome.

Would definitely recommend and return.

Food looks amazing. Will try shortly. Got a coffee to take out, very nice. It's a little more expensive, but it is very good quality food and coffee.

Good coffee and amazing selection of cakes. Small menu as well. We had the porridge which was excellent.

The food was so lovely and the portions are massive. Thoroughly enjoyed everything we bought. Will definitley visit Again next time we’re in town

Met up with family including a one in a pushchair and we were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent, as was the service. Whilst in Norfolk we visited three different Two Magpies cafes. Both Blakeney and Wells were great, however not sure what happened in Holt but would have appreciated some coffee in my latte and not just hot water and milk.

Wow this place was a real treat. We stopped here for refreshments after a walk around the town. As Mocha connoisseurs my wife and I tried the Milk chocolate and Caramel Chocolate Mochas. Amazing! Made with real chocolate they are by far the tastiest mochas we have had in some time. The winter berry donut and cherry and almond Friand were also delicious. The staff were really friendly and the dog was welcome. Just wish there was one near us!

We came here on a Sunday morning and the atmosphere was buzzing, and the cakes/pastries looks amazing on show. You can spends a lot of money with high quality level in the bakery.

We where hungry and ordered a fair few pastries and cakes and enjoyed a great coffee to complement the cakes. As soon as we sat down to eat the queues got bigger and this shows how good this bakery is.

There is quite a lot if staff which for a busy bakery you will need and they all worked hard to go out of there way to help you.

If your in the area and wants some fresh loaf of bread or some cakes and pastries, or even some high quality coffee, you need to visit the magpies bakery. Highly recommend it.

Had such a pleasant experience at 2 Magpies! Our first visit to the Wells branch, absolutely delicious meringue tart and foccacia and superb flat whites. Love the outlook and particularly the fab staff especially the lovely lady who does 3 days a week and has beautiful silver hair in a ponytail - she made us so welcome!

Our first visit, definitely not our last!! The coffees were lovely, went back a little later for lunch. Good selection, food tasty and very fresh.
Then as a little extra treat….. an Eccles cake and a Rhubarb and Orange Bakewell mmmmmm. Delicious.

Fab bakery!!! The most gorgeous cakes & pastries!! It’s busy & that says everything….worth the wait even if there is a big queue.

Stopped in one weekday morning for a cake and some coffee, whilst on holiday.. between us we ordered a jam filled doughnut and a couple of cinnamon swirls and some coffees. I have to say, we're no strangers to cakes and pastries, but these were spectacular. The doughnuts were soft and the jam filling clearly freshly made and delicious. The cinnamon swirl was next level.. not only was it huge, but it was buttery and sweet. I enjoyed every single piece of it. The coffee was excellent too. Probably good for my waistline that this place seems to only exist out in East Anglia :-)

Food and drink was excellant and the staff were very helpfull and friendly a great way to start the day in wells. After today i will search out the branch in Norwich city centre.
Atmosphere lost a star as space for eating in was tight.
