Lovely little food place, I enjoyed my chicken and bacon salad very much and it was filling and great value for money...would definitely go back again!!

Went there because of the great reviews was closed. Looks like it's for sale.

Marvelous lunch. We ordered crab roll plus a chicken and bacon roll. Friendly and helpful staff short wait due to volume of business. Worth a visit. Recommended.😎

Lovely sandwiches and coffee. Staff were really friendly. The bread was fresh as was the fillings. A good choice if you fancy a wholesome fresh sarnie!

Absolutely made our day we had booked a beach hut and needed to take a picnic instead of doing it ourselves as we are on holiday decided to Google places near and up popped The Picnic Hut . Well we weren’t disappointed The Picnic Hut supplied Afternoon Tea to us it was fantastic definitely would recommend the food was fresh the sausage rolls were still warm cakes and scones were fabulous Thank you it was delicious and made our day !! 👍🍰🙌

The lady who served me was lovely and get accommodating. I had the chicken salad with mango which was delicious, my husband had broccoli and stilton soup and a roll; again, delicious and I bought two chocolate brownies and a millionaires for myself, hubby and my son who loves brownies. It was all delicious and very reasonable too. We'll be coming again!

Lovely small cafe. Food and service excellent. Sit at the bar by the windows if you are lucky. Only 6 spaces though I believe. A few outside in warmer times. Dog friendly, even treats on the side!

Lovely friendly staff - even when really busy they still had time to be friendly and get my fussy son exactly what he wanted! Very tasty sandwiches too

We visited last week whilst on holiday in the area. I have a health issue that means I can only eat very low fat food. We were looked after at the picnic hut nothing was too much trouble. I hope to return when I'm better for your lovely cakes and home made sausage rolls 😊

Really good fresh crab sandwiches, best in the area. Does gluten free as well. Cake is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again.

We had hot chocolate! It was amazing. The peanut butter hot chocolate is like a way melted Snickers and the Carmel hot chocolate was a sweetness with a hint of caramel. So yummy. Thank you! We will be back. :)

Absolutely amazing fresh local crab sandwiches which catered for my gluten and dairy free diet 😋 Great coffee too. We took the whole lot to the sea-front to eat.

Lovely place, great rolls and great service. Enjoyed the rolls so much went back and bought two more for a picnic later.

Popped in for a drink and a bite to eat many times while on holiday. Lovely and cosy with very friendly staff. Try their coconut hot chocolate, it's the best :-)
