Mother-in-law had bathroom redone using very nice tiles from here. I was in last week and picked up a few tiles for a small job.
Decent range of tiles, reasonable prices and friendly, helpful staff.

My husband recently discovered this place and I must say i can see why it is a really good place. Nothing is too much for them. Excellent customer service. Able to give you good friendly advice. You can see that customers opinion is very important to them. Thank you for all your help and patience.

We went there on the recomendation of our tiler, Simon, with a couple of tile samples that we wanted to match up. A very helpful and friendly lady behind the counter took us straight to the perfect match. Fantastic; job done and in stock so we went away very happy.

Had a very small tiling repair I was doing and all I can say is how brilliant/helpful & kind these guys were in assisting me with the job/materials that some places wouldn’t even want to entertain! Great service guys and staff were amazing. Thank you very much.

These guys are great we’ve used them twice now. For kitchen floor tiles and splash back and now for our bathroom. Both times they’ve been super helpful and friendly. Huge range to choose from in the showroom and no pushes sales people. Will definitely be returning any time we need tiles of any sort.

Firstly, sincere apologies to DCL ltd for the delay in adding my review! I was on a quest of sourcing a bathroom tile one weekend in January24., following a water leak I had at home and needed to replace 2 tiles as I had to break into them to gain access to the leak. The tile was somewhat 13years old and I was sceptical of finding a similar one. I had approached 2 to 3 suppliers in Leicester that day, who were unable to provide a similar colour tile n size. I was advised to pop into DCL. I'm glad that I did. They were in the process of closing their shop and had couple of customers waiting. It was an old ivory bathroom wall tile I was after. Having browsed through a vast collection of tiles displayed at DCL, checking it against my cracked tile piece. I was unable to find a match. I got chatting to Ben (who was at the shop counter), a very polite and helpful young man. Who knew exactly where in his warehouse he might have some left. He instructed his staff immediately to collect them. Within 10mins or so, the kind gentleman bought them over for me to check. They were just a tad shade darker, but that was good enuff to be used and blend into my shower cubicle. Ben didn't even charge me for those tiles. I just want to say a big thank you for your help and generosity Ben. Your help was much appreciated. Wishing you guys and your family business every success!
