Wonderful shop! I have an elderly father in law who struggles With his vision and we visited the lighting shop to get advice and hopefully purchase something which would help him see better. The lady sorted us out straight away, understanding his needs and we left the shop happy. We have had the lighting installed and it is perfect for him. Highly recommended!! Very pleased with the service and choice of fittings! Haven't seen such great selection anywhere else. On top of that, sales staff went out of their way to help us. From our experience this doesn't happen very often these days. Ben spent over an hour with us and all of our lights were shipped with next day delivery saving us packing car full of boxes for the weekend in Ludlow. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from a lovely lady who was extremely helpful with choosing wall lights from a catalogue. We didn't really know what we wanted, but she gave us advice and even helped us to get a next day delivery service to our house.

This company has been shut for over a year! But their website is still running. We purchased a lamp on line and received an automated order number - and that’s all you get! You get no replies from messages or emails their telephone number is non existent! I am in the process of trying to get my money back from the bank.

Would not have given any stars at all but for the fact that I can't leave a review without leaving any. We were looking for a specialist lighting shop and this seemed to exactly fit the bill, checked the website re opening times then travelled from Church Stretton to find shop shut with a sign saying "Closed for refurbishment" On checking we discovered that the shop had been shut for months. If the management are at all bothered a simple addition on the website would have saved us and no doubt others a completely wasted journey.

i wish i had done my research before buying from this company and realised they were scamming customers out of money without any intentions of sending the goods people paid for luckily i paid by paypal so getting my money back was easy now im going to report them to trading standards

Like other reviewers I had no choice but to give 1 star. Basically no customer service - would not touch them with a barge pole.
