Just had a lounge carpet fitted. Great service and prices. Used them several times now for carpet, laminate and vinyl and will continue to use and recommend to anybody who wants quality flooring. Competitive prices and a massive range. Steve even let us run off with his carpet samples so we could check the colour against our suite!

Fantastic end to end service from initial phone call to show room visit to delivery and fitting. It’s a small difficult space in a holiday home but was no problem for these guys. Great customer focus throughout and extremely professional and competent fitters. I’m Absolutely 5star satisfied 🙏

Castle Carpets were recommended to us by a bathroom fitter, Kelvin Morris (excellent tradesman). From the outset they (Steve) were great in helping us to find what we wanted and then working with his in getting the job done quickly. The fitters called ahead of the job to agree the timing and then arrived on time. They were very professional, did a great job and tidied up after themselves. On the way out the fitters spilt something on the public pathway and went out of their way to clean it up. Great to see professional standards being maintained. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

We bought a new bedroom carpet from Castle Carpets. Their service was brilliant and the carpet was fitted smoothly and quickly. The price was great too! We will be going to them again for all our carpets in future.

Excellent service, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Had carpets and flooring laid to entire house, they all fitted the work when I was ready and available so less stressful for me. The fitters were very professional and did an exceptional job even hoovering after they had finished. The shop was also very helpful and informative with a vast range of carpets and flooring of high quality. A great service from start to finish.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. We ordered our carpets from here. The sister in law got her Carpets from here and was very satisfied. We have not had them fitted yet but she was very pleased with the fitters and they way they vacuumed up after themselves.

Ordered a carpet from Castle Carpets for my static caravan before lockdown, so as soon as it was safe, we rang to make an appointment for fitting. The guys there are really accommodating and will bend over backwards to suit times with you . The 2 guys that came to fit carpet were really polite and did an amazing job. Super quick, efficient service, I can definitely recommend Castle Carpets and I will use them again.

Had a slight issue with some lino they fitted but they were quite happy to replace it for me, excellent service, great customer relations. Its perfect now! Really pleased with the finished result 😀
