Wow... What an amazing repair center! The staff there are absolutely outstanding – so helpful and kind. I want to give a special shout-out to the mechanic named James, who went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he manage to fix my bike within just one day when it first broke down (broken pivot plate, gear selector), but three days later, on Sunday, as my girlfriend and I were heading back to London, we unfortunately experienced another breakdown just 10 minutes away from the repair center. We had to stop on a busy road, but James came to the rescue. It turns out he was coincidentally in the area that day and he loaded my bike into his van. He kindly offered to keep my bike and personal belongings until it gets fixed. My partner and I returned to London on Sunday, and today, on Monday, I received word that the issue (the wires from the generator to the regulator) has been identified and is being taken care of. I'm eagerly waiting for James' message confirming that everything is back in working order.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Probike Repairs and especially to James for their quick, exceptional service and the overall positive experience I had with them. I highly recommend their services! You won't be disappointed. And in case you find yourself in a difficult situation with a broken-down bike, these folks will go the extra mile to help you out, either by offering their own assistance or by finding someone else who can lend a hand.

Had a new tyre and brakes. Service is 100%. Price was also very good. Been to lots of motorbike mechanics over the years and these guys are one of the best. Big thanks to everyone.

Great job. Just moved from Birmingham and couldn't find anyone to fix my bike as it wasn't one of the well known brands. Found probike, they picked it up, fixed the issues and was ready in a 2 of days. Really happy with the price too and the owner was a pleasure to deal with and really knew his stuff. I would recommend probike to everyone. Really happy with the service and I will definitely be using them again for sure.

Stuck at side of road due to clutch failure, Probike collected me & my bike & within an hour or so I was on my way. Excellent service at a reasonable price with a bit of good maintenance advice thrown in.

Staff displayed an exceptional level of knowledge about their work and advice was given in a friendly easy to understand way. The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help, passing on any concerns to the mechanics in a thorough, business like way. A very effective visit and all concerns dealt with. Would recommend highly.

James is a great guy. Knows his stuff and always great for fitting the work in when needed. Knowledgeable and quick, and a great chat while he works. Highly recommended.

I have not seen James for a few years (mainly life got in the way) but still a fantastic service .. MOT done on the button and YES a fair MOT not looking for work just to complete the MOT ( Not like other bike shops locally) !! Excellent service, really quick turnaround, picked the bike up, fixed and MOT'd it and dropped it back off. Couldn't fault the service or the turnaround time and all for a reasonable price. would certainly take my business to James in future.

James Evans has carried out work on my last two bikes in the last few years and always done a brilliant job at a fair price. I've had A LOT of bikes in my life, mostly bought new and serviced by main dealers during their warranty periods and I've learned there can be quite a variation in service quality. I'm fussy, so the main thing for me is that the work is done properly. Main dealers also look down on businesses which don't hold motorcycle franchises but in Pro-Bike Repairs case, a lot of them should learn how to do it right. Courteous, helpful, top, top quality work and all done at a fair price. No wonder he and his team are so busy. NB, Pro-Bike Repairs is NOT the same business as Pro-Bikes in Shrewsbury (how on earth did they get away with copying his good name?) Make sure you head out through Yockleton so you find the right place.

I have used these guys a couple of times over the last year. They have been excellent on both occasions. My bike broke down on the way to them for its last MOT. I needed the bike urgently for a planned riding holiday. They quickly sent a van to collect it and got it back on the road quickly. Very grateful customer!

Always friendly, always helpful, always a quick / funny / advising word. A proper Bike shop, not a squeaky dealer shop room but a proper bike shop!

On the return trip from a tour of Wales back to Cumbria picked a screw up in the rear tyre. Went to a couple of bike shops in the location hoping they might help but told sorry too busy, thought being bikers like my local shop bike shop would help. Google Search gave me Pro bike repairs and couldn't have been more helpful, early helpful bunch sorry I can't dont know names, rang and told they would get me in, as soon as I landed they got my bike straight in and sorted, really appreciated that as was a long ride back home. Speaking to customers outside really rate the garage and looks a great set up. If I lived closer would be a returning customer

Helpful guys, get things done as quickly as possible depending in how busy. Been there loads of times for repairs, MOTs, modifications and currently waiting on a custom fairing kit to be fitted. Plus will let you make a brew if you make them one aswell
