Excellent Carpets, knowledgeable and friendly, professional staff. Measuring up the full house so there was the least amount of waste. The fitter was excellent, he never stopped, working really hard and the finish was outstanding. Great value for money. I can't say enough about the great customer service from start to end. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with my new carpet, We have been using the carpet factory for years they have fitted my bedroom and on suit, hall stairs and landings x2, our sons bedroom and our lounge 2-3 times we even used them in our last house my trust's them and we always go there and always will keep up the good work. And they are very good on price.

Amazing service from start to finish! Staff are lovely and wait for you to come to them instead of heckling and pressing you. We went to 5 other places before this one and they gave us the best price despite not knowing the quotes given by the others! Staff prioritised our needs and wants over everything else and make an affordable plan for us. Within two weeks they sent out a lovely man who I believe was called Ian, he did a beautiful job and we are so pleased! We are even considering going back here to get our hallway carpeted:)

David and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, from deciding what carpet to choose from, to fitting and follow up care. Honestly can't fault a single part of the process!

Unbelievable price, quality and service throughout whilst having my bedroom/living room carpets quoted and fitted - I will 100% be using again for the rest of my property and have already recommended to family/friends who are in the process of ordering. Very good response to a requirement for a large job in the local church. Measurements taken and quote received next day, have seen type of carpet, just waiting for sample to arrive.

Friendly and helpful experience - I needed an offcut to be made into a large rug (5 metres by 2 metres) for a new room. I was shown a few options and guided towards the most cost effective way of doing it. Superb, glad to be able to support a local business!

If you want a carpet, this company offers excellent value for money and a fast efficient installation service. It is our first port of call when we go looking for a new carpet! Our last purchase was a lovely bedroom carpet for our daughter in November 2016. Previously we had a hotel grade carpet for the hall, landing and stairs, which has lasted over twenty years.
