Secret Bottle Shop is the ONLY place in Hereford to shop for your everyday and special occasion drinking needs. HUGE variety, carefully selected, and accompanied by a very knowledgeable and attentive staff. It’s just a great experience, from the curb side outside right through to the till. I get my regulars and always try something new as well - last time the sparkling red wines! Can’t endorse enough!!

Fantastic store, feels a bit like the tardis when you go inside! Got bits of pieces of everything you could want and the staff there are super nice. I love mead and they have a great mead selection, more than anywhere I've seen to be fair. Definitely worth a look!

Highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a nice bottle of wine, rum, gin, whisky or specialist spirit.. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I quite like giving them a small challenge which they have never failed to impress. They even introduced me to the best sparkling wine I have an ever tried.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery from the Secret Bottle Shop on both occasions I’ve used them. With my first purchase the outer box on my order had been damaged in transit with the courier but Emma rectified the problem straight away and sent me a replacement box the following day. I will definitely be using the Secret Bottle Shop for all my future whisky purchases.

I ordered 2 bottles of spirits from here that I couldn’t get hold of locally despite trying 5 different supermarkets. I ordered Thursday night and just received them early Saturday morning. Prompt, efficient service and they were really well packaged so no risk of being damaged in transit. Fantastic range of bottles, staff very friendly (regrettably I do not recall their names) and knowledgable on all types and happy to consult other staff who’s knowledge lays in the area our enquiries concerned. As someone who works in an environment that deals with a broad range of customers I will happily say that our needs were met to a standard that would exceed most.

A great range of spirits, backed by expert knowledge. Very helpful and keen staff who obviously enjoy their work. The Secret Bottle Shop has some wonderful spirits, and their Rum range is very good and growing all the time.

Had this as part of the Glenfarclas tasting evening. A wonderful new flavour to the range, I found it move flavours around on my mouth, very enjoyable a must for any Glenfarclas lover or just to add to a collection, I look forward to open this one soon.
