Unlike Supermarkets, the staff at Majestic all have wine qualifications and consequently are very knowledgeable.
Majestic at Ludlow is an airy modern building and the wine is categorised by country and then grape variety.
The wines on offer are very well priced and the variety and choice is superb. Quality and passion is the underlying theme at Majestic. They only stock quality wines, so if you are looking for bargain basement plonk, go elsewhere. If however you love your wine, don't want to pay a fortune and are bored by the tired offerings of the big 5, look no further.
