Leominster Pharmacy

All of the staff I have had dealings with in this pharmacy have been helpful, polite and professional. Today I phoned re a prescription for my husband( Boots-or whatever it is called now) were meant to have his prescription in-they were closed with no indication of when they would have a pharmacist in! I phoned the doctor’s surgery( they were very helpful too)-then spoke to someone lovely in your pharmacy. All being sorted by tomorrow hopefully. Just wanted to let you know that you do a fabulous job and that you really are appreciated. Thank You

Helpful and efficient staff, spacious, clean, well stocked store in centre of town, reliably open for business. Quick to answer phone to request repeat prescription. Recommended. Update 7 June. Amazing service chasing up non communicative surgery to dispense altered prescription following a hospital discharge, plus delivery to home. Thank you.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful.
Nothing is ever to much trouble.
Good opening times too!
Only closed on Sundays.
We travel over 7 miles to go here as always got what you need.
The city is closer but rather go extra few miles for better customer service etc.
Great selection of products, wide isles for disabled users.
Car park at rear of shop, limited spaces at front of store.

I recently changed to Leominster Pharmacy they always have what I need in stock or are able to get it in a timely fashion. All the staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble, they are always cheerful and polite.

Have been a customer for a long time and have always had first class treatment. Friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble.

disgraceful service! i went to get an emergency inhaler, i was visibly having a full blown asthma attack and the women behind the counter were so rude and unsympathetic, didn’t even offer me a seat or ask if i was okay. met with very judgmental faces. would have let me pass out on the floor. the pharmacist himself was helpful but the women are horrible!! avoid!!

Very rude and unhelpful. Ignored in the store and then told not to come back because I raised the matter!!!!
