I recently visited Hereford pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and helpful attitude made a significant difference and truly enhanced my visit. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with care and respect, Hereford pharmacy is definitely the spot.

Excellent service given the fact that they are next to the surgery. and they have a lot stock which you pretty much can walk out of the door with a full prescription unlike other small pharmacies you always have to wait and at the end they tell you to look for elsewhere to get the medication which is very frustrating.

Last Friday they helped my friend to get some ADHD medications and also my mother in law to get some morphine capsules which other pharmacies nearby all told me they are all out of stock. Thanks to them they have medication for the weekend which is very important🙏🏻

I can't say enough good things about Hereford Pharmacy! After living in multiple countries and cities and visiting various pharmacies across the UK, it's clear this one stands out in terms of service and stock levels. The staff here are incredibly motivated and genuinely care about their customers. They always greet you with a smile and take the time to address any questions or concerns.

What impressed me most is their regular blood pressure service, which is both convenient and essential for those needing regular monitoring. Additionally, they offer a wide range of stock, including rare or shortage items (unfortunately I have to stay on them after trying quite a few meds) that are often hard to find elsewhere. They even helped me email my GP to get an alternative medication prescribed previously.

While every pharmacy including this may have its off days, the team at Hereford Pharmacy consistently goes above and beyond. Their patience and willingness to help, no matter how big or small the request, truly sets them apart. If you're looking for a pharmacy that prioritises customer care and has an extensive inventory, look no further. This is, by far, the best pharmacy experience I've had 😊

After waiting for 3 days and horrendous queues for over and hour in my local pharmacist for a prescription only to be told items out of stock I went to Hereford who were absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble and they had my prescription ready within minutes… The pharmacist himself was so very helpful nothing was to much trouble will definitely travel the 45mins travelling just to go there again

The Pharmacists offer kindly care to me, always provide great service and advice. And the staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough

Very professional staff, friendly, reassuring and a nice calm atmosphere.

Went there with my husband, can't remember how long ago it was sometime this year. to get some cream, he opened the slideing door to wide. told them about it, said that we are so sorry. they said don't worry about it, felt guilty ever since. but be sides all of that, very friendly staff.

Great selection of over-the-counter medicines and the young man who served me was extremely helpful. I had a few complicated requests and queries but nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, excellent choice of stock and a nice clean spacious building. They also offer free delivery of prescriptions. Highly recommended pharmacy

Fantastic choice of OTC stock, the Asian lad is a great pharmacist, very knowledgeable and insightful. Genuine advice - if you are feeling unwell or even down - visit the pharmacy and speak to the staff! Definitely will be coming back here for all my OTC and prescription needs!

They are open 7 days a week! Open till 10am on a Sunday. The staff are very polite and there's never much of a queue.
