Thank you all so much for caring for us after we said goodbye to our 16 Yr old border collie, Satin.
We have known the practice now for some 30yrs and each of our dogs has been cared for with kindness and professionalism.
Today we collected Satin's ashes and were very moved to see that the card from the staff has Satin's pawprint in it. That was such a kind touch.
Hopefully we shall be giving another dog a home before too long and will be back with you.

Would just like to say Jamie was Dolly’s vet this afternoon and my god he really is amazing. He thoroughly explains everything, gives you really good advice and goes out of his way to be smiley and funny whilst still being professional, what a great guy 👏

The staff at this vets are amazing, so caring, friendly and reassuring. As a family we use them for our dogs and have never had a bad word to say. Highly recommended

I was here on Monday 8th April with my Sophie it was end of life appointment, and they treated my old puppy dog with so much respect and with so much love with her , gave me space and not try to rush me into anytime ,. The best vets I ever known. Had a disaster with one of my cats litter brothers who died spontaneously. Devestated wasn't the word for how we felt. The vets were ever so caring and compationate when they seen my boys and checked on his brother (black and white) who was fine. When we arrived to collect ashes the full support I had from the staff at the front desk and vets was outstanding. I highly very highly recommend this practice. Such loving people

We were holidaying in the area and our greyhound needed urgent medical attention for an injured claw. The practice was very friendly and welcoming from the phone call to the arrival at the practice. Nick, the vet we dealt with, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. This is a truly great practice and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I joined this practice 18 months ago, they looked after my 17 yr old dog with care and compassion until her end.
They now look after my cat and puppy.
Everyone from reception, nurses and vets have given excellent service, it feels like a large ‘family’ thank you

Not our vets as we were only visiting . A lovely vets , it's has a safe system in place , and the safe was very helpful and friendly we only went for a blood test and was charged £35 where at our own vets it cost us £75 . They also have a lovely selection dog toys and treats.

I can not fault Marches Vets Practice. The vets have been incredibly understanding when my dog freaked out when I took him for an injection on Monday. We revisited early today for a re-run and all went smoothly.

Having moved to the area recently, I have visited them on four occasions, and I am impressed with their compassion and common sense approach.

My kitten had to be transferred to Leominster from Ludlow for her spay surgery due to unforeseen emergencies ciming into Ludlow. A nurse picked her her up, took her to Leominster and took excellent care of her throughout. The staff (especially this one particularly nurse) were lovely, informative and very caring. Five stars!

My new addition, a black labrador puppy was being sick and went completely off her food. I rang for an appointment which was organised. The vet, Nick, checked my dog and gave her an injection to help her. Today, she is now her bouncy self ,thank goodness .

We took our lurcher Lizzie to Marches whilst we were on holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful and the vet was very patient with our very anxious girl. She was given treatment and recovered quickly. We would definitely recommend Marches to other pet owners.
