Doing their best to look after my dog Bentley, he is a very happy boy tail always wagging. So much so had broken his tail they fixed it..... then had fix it again because he had ripped the stitches because he had been wagging his tail, hopefully it will heal soon

Have helped us out with pups recently, and have been amazing. Always got us in with any problems, saved our Dora going through an operation with pups and have seen her within an hour when she had a few post pregnancy issues, cannot recommend them enough

We recently moved our pets from one larger vet practice in the area to Teme Vets. Decided to do this after watching our parents dog being put to sleep at the same one we were also previously registered to. I shan’t go into too much detail as this is a review for Teme Vets but essentially we came away feeling traumatised from the obvious lack of compassion and empathy. Anyway fast forward several weeks and we found ourselves having to make the same agonising decision. Prior to this our Pomchi had been having heart troubles and Teme Vets made the switch so easy and seamless and saw our Lola the same day we called to check her over as she was further declining in health. The vet we saw was great, took her time was understanding and treated her well. Unfortunately due to her condition our Lola deteriorated very quickly over the next 48 hours to the point we needed to call the emergency vet and get her seen overnight. Teme Vets were amazing told us half hour and were there to meet us when we arrived. We were met in the middle of the night by Helen. I literally cannot fault her care and compassion she showed both Lola and us and it made such a difficult moment so much more bearable. We are so glad we made the switch in time. All the staff we have met so far have been amazing. Wouldn’t even consider taking my other dog anywhere else and were sure to tell all the other dog owners we know to go there too. We were also sent her paw prints and some forget me not seeds with a sympathy card several days after and I am so thankful they did it meant so much to us.

Excellent care! Previous vets wanted £££ to treat ongoing ear infection . These guys provided an annual remedy which cost 10% of what other vets wanted! Animal care is at their heart not money

Visited teme vets in tenbury Wells today. Have to say I was very impressed with service and care shown towards my very nervous Jack russell terrier. Vet even managed to clip her nails, which is nothing short of a miracle. Highly recommend

First time going and the staff were amazing, really helpful, really relaxed and listened in detail to everything. They were keen to get as much insight as possible to their new client and the cat was really relaxed in the way home.... Definitely recommend and am very grateful for their service.

Absolutely brilliant team , the care and expertise they showed during our lovely lurcher 's recent operation and after care was excellent.
Everyone there is superb.

Couldn't ask for a better group of ladies taking care of my Pixie. I received a letter from the team today with pixies pawprints on and some seeds to sow in her memory. Such a kind gesture which made a difficult time that much more bearable. Thanks so much x

We are extremely grateful to this practice for their understanding and dedication. We found ourselves whilst on holiday having to make the difficult decision to have our beloved Amos pts after his battle with degenerative myelopathy. That was in July 2021.
Today after adopting a golden retriever from Romania 10 days ago we were in need of their services again. We received a lovely welcome and treatment second to none . We would like to thank all at Teme vet practice Tenbury Wells for their help , treatment , reassurance and professional manner.

Very kind, sensible and helpful. We visited this practice as we were concerned about our dog whilst on holiday in the area. The vet that we saw was so sympathetic and gave us lots of reassurance. We were very impressed with her attitude and grateful for her help.

The vets and staff at both practices are just amazing...professional, responsive and extremely caring, they go out of their way to look after my furry (and feathered) family members who mean the world to me. Professional and down to earth advice is given, they are always helpful and I have complete confidence that they will always do their very best, whatever the situation. I also think their fees are reasonable. Thank you Teme Vets!

Whilst on holiday in the area one of our dogs fell ill. We popped in for advice but was given an appointment and our dog had a full check over and we went away with meds and a much improved dog. A big thank you to the very friendly and helpful receptionist and vet who made our dog better.

First time visit to register my cat and get a estimate abit slow getting cat information from previous vets

Best ever. Just went for nail clipping for only £10 per dog. Excellent results.
