What a wonderfully beautiful cabin. The peace and quiet is worth the cost alone. On top of that it is situated amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in England. We spent 4 nights in this cabin and we would love to live in a space like this. Open plan and dog friendly. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get out of it, but I had to so I could experience the beautiful countryside that Herefordshire has to offer. Chris left us to ourselves but offered help when requested. If you would like to spend any time away from it all then you can't go wrong here

We had a fantastic weekend staying in the Corner House. It is a truly beautiful and idyllic location - perfect for relaxation, with gorgeous views over the fields for watching the wildlife or the gliders from the nearby airfield soaring overhead. The cabin is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. Despite being in such a peaceful location it is easy to find. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's an ideal base for exploring a wonderful part of the country with so much to do nearby, and we look forward to returning.

Just come back from a lovely 4 night stay at Mosaic Cabin. A great space, ample room for the 2 of us to chill out, the hot tub and terrace was brilliant - despite cooler days, the evenings were lovely to sit out and watch the sun set. The fire pit kept us warm while we watched the stars! The cabin has all the amenities you need, very much luxury glamping. We did a couple of local walks - one to Shobdon church, the arches and the Bateman pub. The other in the opposite direction to Mortimers Cross Cafe. We loved how relaxing and peaceful the setting was, so much wildlife and we miss the sound of the chickens and Mr Cockerel!

Hereford Hideaways is the best place to stay, we have been going for at least 7 years and stayed once or twice a year. Chris and Vic are fantastic hosts, the accommodation is wonderful. We have stayed in the stargazer wagon and corner house, which the views from both are beautiful. Totally peaceful, the accommodation has everything you need, easy parking and the log burning hot tub is so relaxing. Great walks and local pubs and shops near by and stunning River walks not far, you couldn't ask for anything more x

It was one of the best places I have been.The house was so beautiful,cosy,quite airy,had a nice deck with a outdoor wooden hot tub,which was cheery on cake.The house had everything which anyone can think of they need in a nice holiday home.House was beautifully decorated and was well maintained and very tidy.Would love to come back again and would highly recommend for a nice pleasant country side stay.Thank you Chris for your hospitality.

Stargazers Wagon. We didn't get the weather to see any stars but I wouldn't change a thing about this stay. This adorable wagon is surprisingly spacious and is extremely cosy. The wood burner had me entertained for hours (no, really) and the toilet and shower had a certain charm to it that you just won't find elsewhere. The hosts were brilliant too.

I booked the Corner house for my girlfriends 18th Birthday and honestly it was the best weekend i could have asked for, Vic and Chris are wonderful people and hosts and are always there for any of your needs. Vic decorated the place with balloons, banners, flowers and a bottle of fizz which added that extra little detail to the weekend, it is a lovely area with stunning views of the onlooking valleys and also aircraft flying over head. We had beautiful weather which made it even better as the one day we even used the hot tub as more of a pool. I for one could not recommend this place enough for anyone wanting to book, go for it! you will not regret it. We have both said we are looking forward to re-visiting the place and Vic and Chris also. From the bottom of our hearts thank you!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the stargazers wagon over the bank holiday weekend for our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. Victoria and Chris were so lovely and had the hot tub ready for our arrival (which was very late I might add). Waking up to the beautiful views of the peaceful countryside was made even better when combined with complimentary croissants that were so kindly made for us in the morning. I will not hesitate in recommending this getaway to friends and I would love to return.

What an amazing place. We stayed in the Mosaic Cabin and it was so nice, very quiet and the perfect place to get away and completely switch off. Victoria and Chris were the perfect hosts, arranged a nice surprise for my wife as it was our wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will be going back. 👍

The Corner House, Herefordshire.

Sometimes, you stumble on a piece of magic, where the moments aligne and everything just feels so right. And for us, that was stepping into The Corner House.
It was one of those 'big' birthdays, and my man wanted to treat me.

He knew I liked light filled spaces. He knew I liked cosy. He absolutely knew I liked woodburners, and starfilled night skies and full moons and owls hooting and wide open spaces and privacy and country pubs and hot tubs and walking gently on this earth...and so he found The Corner House!

Tucked away into the corner of a sloping meadow, up high and overlooking the stunning Herefordshire countryside, this wooden and glass eco structure took our breath away. Spotlessly clean and simply furnished, our nest had everything one could possibly need. And so we found ourselves happilly ensconced for three blissful nights there.

The calm this place holds is so wonderful that you really don't need to do anything other than just be and indulge in the company of Mother Nature. So. We had a moonlit hot tub and a sunrise hotub and firegazed for hours wrapped in the warmth of the woodburner.

We lay in bed counting the stars and listened to the resident owl sing her night songs, and when we did venture out, it was a wrench. However, a Sunday roast had our name on it!

Once back in the arms of The Corner House, we found our sleep deep and our hearts happy.

Vic and Chris are so kind and attentive, and all of our needs were met. The hot tub was ready upon arrival, and The Corner House welcomed us with open arms.

There is nothing that can be improved upon as far as we were concerned, and therefore, we can only wish for a swift return!

We stayed in the Stargazers Wagon for a belated birthday treat for my partner in late March 2022. The wagon is fabulous, beautifully rustic but with everything you need to hand and very spacious, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. (City girl here!) The gas shower & compost loo were great with beautiful views across the countryside.
We lucked out with the weather and got to see some gorgeous sunsets from the deck with a nice cold beer in hand! The wood fired hot tub was perfect too and we used this both nights of our stay. Although we didn't need anything during our stay, we felt like we could have asked Chris for anything and he would assist - also Victoria was helpful with advice on what to do in the local area.
I wouldn't hesitate to come back to visit again, we had a great time getting away from it all!

This place is a must to visit - its a hidden gem! Absolutely stunning surroundings, very comfy bed, beautiful inside with a fire pit. We stayed at the corner house and it had everything that you might possibly need, we were mesmerised!
I mean who wouldnt like to chill in a hot tub with stars and prosecco?! Me and hubby loved it so much that we decided to extend for an additional night. Also the big part played by Vic and Chris - amazing hosts, you could ask for anything and it wouldn't be a problem. Thank you both so much, and congratulations you know how to run a successful business!

The Mosaic Cabin was superb and the preparation for our arrival was perfect. The delicious Chilli, rice and Crumble was ready to heat up and the preheated wood fired hot tub was ready for us once we'd put our 9 month old to bed and eaten.
We enjoyed the peace, the sheep, the stunning views and the lovely walks to Kingsland and Shobdon Airfield.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing break run by brilliant hosts, Victoria and Chris.

So attentive and caring! Both Chris & Vic helped immensely over the days we stayed at the Stargazers Wagon! A beautiful view in a beautiful home! And the view of the stars!! Incredible! One of the best experiences we've had!

Let me tell you, if you need a short few days stay or even longer, to get away from all of life's stresses then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
The mosaic cabin in unmatched in its amenities, location and hosts! The hot tub was incredible and to relax in it and watch the sunset until the stars come out is an experience in itself. The bed is unbelievably comfortable (and I am one fussy sleeper) and to open the doors and look out on the fields first thing is an incredible way to start your day. Cannot thank Chris and Vic enough for the hospitality and incredible stay. Will definitely be returning 😁

My daughter and I stayed in The Stargazers Cabin for two nights and had a wonderful time. The tranquility of the location instantly made you feel relaxed and calm; mother nature at her best. The cabin was meticulous presented and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We have already booked a return visit. Thank you Vic and Chris.

Booked the stargazers wagon for a birthday treat for my husband, everything was absolutely perfect, nothing was to much trouble. The hosts were brilliant when it came to Communication. The cheese and cider platter was delicious along with the home made soup and all set up in a warm cosy atmosphere when we arrived . The wax melts smelt just stunning.

We stayed at the Corner House just before the second lockdown and we had the most wonderful time there. The views from the cabin are stunning and the place itself is great. It has a wood-burning stove, a sunken hot tub and a huge skylight that allows you to watch the stars from your bed or the sofa. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we've even been offered fresh eggs for breakfast from the owners’ hens.

The owners are very nice people and they provide great service. The area itself is full of beautiful walks, great pubs and interesting places to visit. We highly recommend this place. It was a perfect autumn holiday. Thank you Victoria and Chris for having us.

We had a the most wonderful stay at the Corner House. Vic and Chris went above and beyond to make it a special escape for my partners birthday. The cabin is cleverly designed - a wonderful place to stay with everything you need to escape the day to day. We’ll definitely return, it’s a perfect hideaway.
