Awful service. Rang up to order balloons for my daughter's 21st. Was told I didnt need to order and just to go in. Went in and they didn't have the ones I needed. Explained on the phone I was visiting from away and they said that was fine just to turn up. The lady didn't even suggest anywhere else I could try.
