The Cottage at Batchcott House

Excellent accommodation - a beautiful cottage that is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The garden is very peaceful and always busy with plenty of birds (due to the bird feeders that seem to be refilled every day) and a couple of resident pheasants. Chris and Richard really are the perfect hosts, providing everything you could need when you arrive, including milk, tea, coffee and usually something homemade and tasty! The cottage is beautifully maintained and they are always adding something new each year that we visit. The location is only two or three miles from Ludlow and there's plenty to visit in the area including several National Trust properties and estates. We've stayed in many different places over the years and this is definitely the very best.

An absolute delight to stay in this gorgeous cottage. The owners have thought of everything and more. The welcome gift of fruit loaf was just wonderful with Costa coffee. Exceptionally clean and cosy thank you for the logs which kept us so warm. Beautiful garden and lovely summer house which even in October was lovely to sit and watch the birds and wildlife. After a few weeks of exams at the Acadamy this was bliss. Thank you so much we will definately return. The owners were lovely and so helpful. Would give this 10 stars.
