While in the urgent and stressful process of finding housing in the Paignton area I was having great difficulty finding anywhere suitable and available- until I was lucky enough to find this property. I enquired about duration of stay as it was only a 6 month contract I required and I was informed it was a 12 month as the landlady was firm on this, I left the conversation (which was handled fantastically) and began the search again defeated and in vain, that was until early the next day when I received a surprise call to inform me that they had discussed term length with the landlord and agreed to organise a 6 month contract and allow my canine companion to stay with me as well, I did not formally ask for them to do this they simply did and I couldn't have been more taken back by the outstanding service that they had no obligation or ask to do, especially with my dog as I was in the process of finding him somewhere to stay without me which was causing me great emotional pain in a already difficult time. I have lived out of rental accommodation for a number of years now and found this situation quite daunting financially and logistically but the team at Property Ladder Devon have made the whole situation so much easier and dare I say, enjoyable! I am excited to be a tennet again knowing I am in good hands.

A final note I also received a wonderful hamper when I collected my keys, I have never had one of these in my entire renting history and thought It very sweet. I think going above the expected is what is expected with this team!
