Great communication throughout; any problems or questions were resolved promptly. Having a dedicated member of staff as a point of contact was very helpful. I first met Nicola from Absolute as I was very interested in a new development they were selling. Due to sad personal circumstances I was thinking that maybe I would sell as I loved the apartments that were being built. The team wrote a beautiful review of my home which I found very touching and all of them were so
kind. My home was sold within 5 weeks I think at almost the full asking price. I had 4 people look at it and the 4th person bought it. I also secured the purchase of the apartment that I put my home up for sale for. I had a few personal wobbles on the way but the whole team at Absolute were so kind and reassuring. I never felt pressured but did feel cared about. They are so organised and on the ball right from the very start of the process and keep you informed at every stage and every viewing. I guess the thing that most impressed me, apart from their professionalism, was the personal service I feel I have received in selling my much loved home and moving to start anew in the coming months. Just purchased my first property through the Absolute Paignton team, everyone I spoke to from the first phone call to book the viewing couldn’t have been more helpful. They answered all of my questions and were completely transparent throughout the whole process, I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

Always really kind, friendly and helpful and responded to emails, even when our of office (which I would never condone, holiday is holiday!) but meant that we always new who to connect with and had our queries answered quickly.
