Lunts Pharmacy Ludlow

Took a while to get the refit and new systems running well, but now it's a great pharmacy. Efficient, friendly, well stocked. Can't ask for more really. It's even open until 6:30, so working folk can make it.

I was in and out with my full prescription in minutes today. Everything I needed was in stock.
First time in years I've left this shop happy. I hope it's finally turned a corner :-)

First experience with this new pharmacy yesterday. A lovely lady with a smile and excellent customer service greeted me. Sorted my prescription in minutes. Brilliant service. I have now changed my nominated pharmacy to them for my monthly medication. Very highly recommended. Thank you to all concerned.

I went in November to pick up a quick prescription and Nathan was behind the counter. Nathan was very efficient in his service and knew what he was doing.
Couldn’t have asked for better service, he was polite, efficient and knowledgeable in his work.

I should just like to express my gratitude to Lunts Pharmacy, Ludlow, for a quick and efficient solution regarding a private prescription. Obtaining this prescription at a reasonable price is often a problem. Within almost seconds, the Chemist found a brand at the lowest price I have ever paid, and it arrived two days later. I am visiting Ludlow from my home in the North of Ireland and was short of an essential medicine. Having spoken at length to 111 and being given inaccurate information, I was anxious about spending a weekend without my tablets.
Simon and his colleagues at the newly opened Lunts of Ludlow were exceptional at providing me with the correct advice and my medication.

Great advice from the young lady behind the counter (Jazz?) regarding a prescription enquiry. Although the shop is not fully stocked, their customer service is excellent.

I moved to Ludlow end of 2020 and Ludlow store have been fantastic.
I cannot praise them enough always so helpful not to mention how the helpful most of all the pharmacist are so caring and understanding.
Threw Covid not been able to have a face to face with Doctors the pharmacist have been wonderful helping me with my Menopause.
Also with a weight program due gaining weight because of the start of my menopause and steroids I have to take for my Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I felt so down and lost I was loosing my hair and I had no help from the doctors, the young Indian gentleman pharmacist who was covering was amazing ,
He was understanding caring and listened to me on how it was affecting me been only 52yrs old.
Also Rachel the pharmacist also very helpful giving me help and advise with my weight gaining she was very caring and really listens don’t know what I would of done without their help.

I am confused by the negative comments ?! The staff are always very helpful and polite and very understanding in these difficult months and as for long waiting times have you been to the other chemists in town??? Thank you to all the counter staff and the ones working behind the scenes we appreciate you all.

I don't understand some of the other comments, the staff here have always been courteous, helpful and pleasant I've always found them happy to help in any way they can.
