The staff here are so underated by the impatient public of ludlow and the abuse they get for trying their best is absolutly disgusting. so personally I think the majority of people who use this pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. Just show some respect and manors for someone trying to help you for god sake!!! Keep working hard guys at least a small handful of people notice what you do and have to go through.

I'm afraid I have to agree with other reviewers who say the service is unsatisfactory. I know pharmacies are under pressure, I know they have had staffing issues but it is so poor I am seriously considering using a prescription delivery service. Called this morning to see if prescription ordered early last week was ready, no reply. Was in town at lunchtime but the pharmacy was closed, called in the afternoon but again phone not answered. Arrived at the pharmacy to be given the 'It will be 30 mins' routine. After 30 mins I asked if it was ready and was told it was being prepared. Whilst waiting staff could be heard laughing and joking in the back area. Customers are indeed left feeling they are not valued. I want to support local business but .........

I have used Murrays for the last three years and always been happy with their service for both NHS and private prescriptions. Not any more.

As an ex-nurse of many years i understand the pressure on the system and huge workload -what i do not understand is the apparent lack of customer care.

Whether this has anything to do with the new management -I do not know. There appears to be a fairly regular turn over of counter staff.

Depending on who serves you is how long you are waiting to find out about your medicine. The last three times i have been in, i have been 'served' by the same person, who apparently cannot find a prescription for a minimum of 15 minutes. That is before you have got it dispensed.

All i have asked for this morning, was to know whether i need to come back or wait, as i was going onto open my own business and under time pressure. This time of day is the only time when its quiet, I was the only person in there.

The lady in question had not emerged from the back area -leaving me standing and wondering for 15 minutes what i should do. At no point did she say come back later, or i will check on the system. Apparently-the whole 15 mins was spent searching for the script. This does not happen with other counter staff, who seem to locate the script at whatever stage it is in.

Why didn't I ring? Because the phone is never answered. I have tried ringing -many times, it is ignored. This i know is a regular problem for other people who use this pharmacy too.

How my concerns/ comments were dealt with this morning was less than satisfactory. With shaking of heads and, the pharmacist rolling her eyes at me -to the said member of staff because i couldn't tick the box quick enough for her. A second member of staff asking me 'what the problem was' and essentially backing her colleague.

I left the most brilliant review two years ago.

This is my latest one based on the last three or four times i have been in and the dire customer service.

This is not really a pharmacy; they are more interested in flogging make-up and perfume than dealing with NHS clients. The "traditional" look is just window dressing.
How anyone can run a business and ignore incoming phonecalls is a bit of a mystery. They have been claiming to be short-staffed for months, it's not really plausible any more.

Useless and totally inept.I moved from Lloyd's because they were lazy and incompetent. Peak are even worse. I requested a repeat prescription six days earlier and today they told me that it wouldn't be ready for weeks. Went over to Boots and got my prescription within three minutes.

Was lied to when first went for a prescription and asked to call back later can't count the times I've had to go back
Put in a complaint about this and was given the answer they are 2 staff down and if I didn't like it go somewhere else very rude what a way to talk to a customer
