Morrisons Pharmacy

I just want to say how helpful the staff at Hereford Morrison's pharmacy were as I was unable to get my prescription due to having to isolate and had noone able to collect for me. They added me to deliveries and was able to pay contactless on my card at distance. Thanks so much for help and the delivery driver too, absolute stars!

Excellent service. Every one of the employees there are polite and helpful. They all know my name, and they make me feel very comfortable. They are efficient and they are polite. Can't praise them enough.

Very friendly staff. Can-do attitude. The Pharmacist was able to help me with an emergency supply of medicines. Way better than Lloyds.

Half hour parking for free, otherwise pay and display with refund in store. Good selection of products. Excellent pharmacy.

Used to go to Asda but there service so poor always have to wait even if had prescriptions for days would make ybid my nominated pharmacy if I lived this side of the city

Can be very busy at the pharmacy and u can be waiting a long time also they literally never answer the phones and even answer put you on hold then hang up.

Some nice staff here but be prepared for a wait, especially when they shut completely for lunch - with no notice or sign to tell you when they’re open again. Everyone deserves a lunch break but tell people ‘upfront’ what your opening hours are?

Ok to get your medication. Can get very busy on on times. The only thing is if you have to wait in line that there is only 1 chair to sit on. If like me and can't stand for very long it's very inconvenient and painful. Maybe Morrison would like you to sit in the coffee shop just across the way ? Spend some money while your waiting ?. Come on Morrisons not every one is fit and healthy and sometimes need a bit of help. More chairs are needed.

Just check your medication before you leave especially if it's strong medication, responsibility falls in your hands if they make a mistake and in my case had a pretty s****y friday ✌they're usually pretty helpful to be fair!

Long waits for prescriptions, often do not have the items so I have to go elsewhere.
Some staff are helpful but others can be rude. There seems to be a high turnover of staff, not surprising. I have had to move to another pharmacy, Morrisons are very unreliable.

Never known such slow moving staff - i assume it was some sort of “go slow” protest

Very rude and aggressive counter assistants. First delivery was fine, second delivery the driver couldn't find my father's address and so they phoned and were quite rude as though it was his fault. Third time they bullied my 85 year old father who was shielding into going to collect his prescription himself because they couldn't deliver. When he went to collect, the woman actually followed him as he was leaving telling him he should go somewhere else! Now go to Taylors in St Owen's Street who couldnt be more helpful. What a difference! Can't recommend them enough. Avoid Morrisons Pharmacy at all costs, especially if you need your prescriptions delivered.

what a nightmare. 12 ninutes on the phone, went to collect prescriptions and they telling that they send prescriptions to another pharmacy wich one is not open on the weekend. never again.
