We used Greenfrog for our house move in March 2024. First time we’ve used a professional moving company. Fantastic experience - Charles and Charlie were so responsive in quoting and answering our queries. The price was great. And the experience on the day was absolutely stress-free. Highly recommend.

Top quality service from start to finish, quick, efficient, careful and respectful. Even with my poor measuring skills, meaning the bed wouldn't fit up a tight staircase, they solved the problem with no fuss at all. I would definitely recommend Greenfrog movers

Professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. Communication throughout the moving process was excellent. The four chaps who did our house move were exceptional. They took really good care of our belongings and even took the feet off the sofa to get it through the door and then reassembled them again once inside. We cannot not fault Greenfrog. They go above and beyond.

Greenfrog come highly recommended! Despite a last minute move, in heavy rain, they provided a careful and cheerful service that made moving as painless as it could be.

Greenfrog offer two levels of service - all inclusive, or self packing. For both they can provide portable hanging for clothes and a variety of boxes (the latter are extra). A visit beforehand meant they provided the right size of van and manpower, and knew exactly what was being taken and left behind.

On the day they were prompt, energetic and thoughtful. Communication was good, to bridge the awkward time waiting for money and keys. At the new house, they provided the same careful service, helping set up beds and checking where everything should go. They set up my old grandfather clock correctly, and even came back, free of charge, a couple of days later to shift some heavy furniture to better places.

You can hire slightly cheaper removal services, but they lack the good planning, attention to detail and care Greenfrog provide. I don't want to move ever again, but if I had to, Greenfrog would be my choice!

Greenfrog moved all our possessions from one house to another in the same locality effortlessly, efficiently, energetically, expertly and exceptionally well, given how much "stuff" we still had when downsizing. Frogs are nimble and quick, the Greenfrog team are just that, and very thorough, checking with us regularly where eveything should go. In fact they even rearranged the chairs and reconstructed a large table for us. We would say they are giants in their pond. Heaps of praise well deserved.

Absolutely 100% recommend Greenfrog movers. Without a doubt, the best removal service I have ever used. Was let down at the very last minute by another company, and Greenfrog was absolutely amazing at accommodating my move. The two movers were polite, professional, and friendly. They took amazing care of my belongings and worked tirelessly to position all my furniture. They even took a wardrobe apart to get it upstairs, reassembled it, and positioned it exactly where I wanted it. They took time at the end of the move to check I was happy with everything and that nothing needed to be relocated. Exceptional last minute service. I made the move from Oakham to Stamford 3 weeks ago. Greenfrog packed all my possessions quickly and professionally in their green reusable crates which are so much better than loads of cardboard boxes. I would definitely recommend this company if you want your move undertaken with the least fuss possible. Charles and Charlie and the team make sure you know what's going on at all times. Highly recommended.

Charlie, Charles and Ed are an exceptional efficient team who, whilst remaining extremely professional at all times, still manage to be friendly and patient. They took thoughtful care of us and meticulous care of our furniture. They are remarkable young men and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Greenfrog for your next move.

A massive thanks to all the team for a job well done. The team were attentive and diligent and I can't recommend them enough. They successfully managed to take the stress out of the move.

Excellent service and communication throughout the moving process. Greenfrog made what would have been a stressful move into a breeze! Charlie, Charles and co. really know their stuff! The initial communication was fantastic. Very responsive, informative and patient. On the day the guys that came were very polite, friendly and treated my mother's belongings with care. Everything packed into boxes have been packed well and labeled which has helped me easily work out what I needed to prioritise. They helped me sort additional storage for items that did not fit into our original location and unloaded items exactly as asked to make the emptying of the storage easy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The team were friendly but professional and very efficient at packing up and unloading our things. Everything was treated with respect and they were very helpful in getting everything to where we needed it in the new house.

They arrived at 8:30 am and we had all our stuff moved and unpacked by 4:30pm (granted we didn’t have much of a chain to wait for money to move up on the day).

I was so impressed with the removal service I received from Greenfrog. Very responsive from the first visit, clear value for money quote.
