Pets Corner

Have been using Pets Corner, Warminster for many years, using their products to care for my fish, amphibians, reptiles and arachnids. Great products and lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended shop.

Judy offered great advice and allowed my dog Ollie to try on several leads and collars until we found the correct one. Also great advice on preventive treatments which are great quality but half the price my vets charge. Thank you Judy, very friendly to me and Ollie.

I have a pooch who has had bowel and pancreas issues for most of his little life. We are having to change his food for low protein and low fat. He has an allergy to chicken. The ladies of Warminster pets corner have been great in knowing what ingredients are in the products suitable for him. It's good to know I can buy for him here as we are running out of options. Most recently I went to buy low protein treats, again the customer service was superb. The staff members answered all my questions and took the time to listen. Some products are a bit pricey for my budget but I'm prepared to pay extra to know Gary will have the best for his tummy. Thank you so much for all your help. Perfect.

The staff are very helpful and always polite, i pop in everyday on my breaks and if there’s anything I have forgotten I always pop back to grab it, the staff are absolutely friendly and so welcoming to there store, will definitely be continuing to visit again 👍

The team at this branch are excellent. From our experience, their knowledge on healthy dog and cat food is exemplary, they are not biased to a brand, they listen and take on board special requirements and recently they even emailed a few manufacturers for me to get advice for my dog that has been diagnosed with bladder stones. (Big thank you Danielle!) The store itself is really well laid out and they have a great selection of treats and accessories too. It does not feel like a chain pet shop at all, the company clearly have a robust recruitment process to ensure that customer service is 100% all the time. Thank you to you all, and see you soon.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. They always make my dog feel welcome and during the heatwave I was able to leave her with them when I went shopping in the supermarket next door

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly, in my case, Kim who had a very good understanding and familiarity with the entire dry cat food range (which is what I went in for - but I'm sure this extends to all other areas of the store) and all done with a reassuring and friendly smile.

I like the natural range of pet food on offer and the helpfulness of the staff. My dog is thriving on Canagan grain free puppy food and would recommend.
