Easy Garage

Used this garage for around a year or so now and it never disappoints. Great customer service and they really put thier customers first. First garage I've used where I never feel they are trying to make any money out of me! A very loyal customer.

After reading the reviews online, we booked an MOT and full service. Easy Garage are very professional and friendly. They state a price and stick to it. Also, the added benefit of an email with a MOT report (with any issues being photographed).

This was the first time that I used Easy Garage. The customer service I received was excellent. Staff were polite & explained the work done on my vehicle clearly. The garage is convenient for me, location wise. And the bill I received was a (very unexpected & pleasant) surprise! Will definitely use again.

We booked our 2017 Qashqai in for a Platinum service, brake fluid change and coolant change online through the website, we had an immediate confirmation message and email, great start.

On the morning of the service we dropped the car off as planned, really friendly reception desk, had a chat about the car itself and any concerns I had, and we left with an estimated collection time.

About an hour later I realised I needed to get something out of the car so we rushed back over and the team were really kind to mid service lower the car back down and allow us to get the required item. Nothing was too much trouble.

We got the call just after midday to say the car was ready for collection, top level service was done, brake fluid and coolant replacements were done and a full service report provided and the bill was for less than the quoted price, top work.

Really happy with the service and the following recommendations and happy that the car was in good, safe hands throughout, highly recommended garage to use.

During recent protracted efforts to resolve a problem with my vehicle, they were both diligent and determined to keep me well informed throughout the process. Was recommended by a colleague who was impressed with service. I too was very happy with service and the very reasonable price for the major service of my van. Have used Easy Gargage twice over the last few months. First occasion Darren couldn't do more to help, arriving at my house to replace a dead battery and got me back on the road as soon as he could! Second occasion with an MOT, which was quick and had great communication. Fantastic and professional service!

We brought our camper van to Easy Garage for an MOT. It's the first time we used this garage. They were unbelievably helpful and inventive in sorting out a tricky problem with a warning light that would not turn off, and went to incredible lengths to unpick a problem caused by the garage who had done the initial conversion of the van. Darren and Beth were incredible - they knew that we were trying to go on holiday in the van at the end of the week and when Vauxhall couldn't supply the part we needed, they even phoned round scrap yards until they got the missing part. It cost us a £5. Honestly, I won't be using any other garage ever again! Thank you so much - we had a great trip away thanks to you!

Came in without an appointment just for information really, having replaced my AC condenser and needing a re-gas. Darren was very helpful and professional and actually managed to re-gas my car there and then. A truly fantastic service which I highly recommend.

I used easy garage as the garage I usually use does not do aircon regas and it's also next to where I work. They did the regas and a full service. They did a good job and kept me updated every step of the way. Would recommend
