An absolutely delightful stay at The Harper! Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The staff were welcoming, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail in the rooms was perfect & the food was delicious! We felt so relaxed & cared for after our stay & cannot wait to return!

Beautiful nature and villages around, definitely visit the Blickling hall, and the Zoo (check leopard feeding time (15.00 for the last one))

Lovely stay here. Restaurant was the highlight. Dinner was exceptional. Small portions that were extremely tasty meant I left satisfied but no too full and looking forward to breakfast. Breakfast was also very good. For both, Service was decent without being exceptional. Room and facilities were good and all in good condition. The spa facilities are good but the half hour time slot goes very quickly and the clock watching inevitably detracts from the relaxation. Will def return.

Had a fabulous stay at this warm and friendly hotel, all the staff are exceptionally trained and helpful, the food is second to none. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We went for my fiancee Birthday in March 2023 and had a superb experience at the Harper Hotel in Norfolk. The staff were friendly & helpful. Very very clean hotel & lots of sofas, rooms and places to relax. The bedrooms were spot on with lots of space and very comfortable beds. The shower is a fantastic size with beautiful complementary shower gels and moisturizer. They even gave us a room upgrade which we never asked for. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely will be returning very soon. Thank you to all staff. You made our stay memorable. Thank you. Angus & Charlotte Browne 👍

One of the best hotels I have ever been to anywhere in the world. Truly wonderful service, great welcome, excellent food and drink, comfortable surroundings. Beautiful comfortable room (which we were upgraded to for free) and absolutely loved being able to book pool/sauna for 30 minutes for private use. Every single thing about this place we loved and cannot wait to come back! Cannot recommend highly enough.

A jolly relaxing place with county walks and seaside close at hand.
We received a warm welcome and shown around the hotel and its facilities.
Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. There was plenty of space to relax in, and the food was delicious.
My only concern would be if they were to expand too far and lose that space and intimacy.

We stayed at The Harper for two nights and had a fantastic time. The rooms are lovely, the lounge areas are relaxing and beautifully decorated, the food at Stanley’s was decadent and delicious, and the pool/spa was luxurious and spotlessly clean. The vibe is relaxed, quiet and serene and the staff were polite and attentive. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Everything about this hotel is perfection. From the fabulous reception team to the amazing food. The decor is beautiful with a relaxed but sophisticated edge. Breakfast is delicious, possibly one of the best I have had on an overnight trip . If you are a fan of Soho House or the Pig you will love this hotel. Will definitely return in the Summer to take advantage of the beautiful courtyard area. Spa super clean and you have it booked to yourself. The staff went that extra mile providing a real personal 5 star touch. Lovely little town called Holt and beautiful walks close by. You won't be disappointed.

From start to finish we had an absolutely fantastic time at your hotel on Thursday night.
The staff were great, always had a smile on their faces and couldn't be more helpful. The spa area and the treatments were so relaxing and the staff were fantastic there too. The food and drinks were very good, London prices but the produce was good quality. The rooms were clean and spacious, had everything we required, super shower, nice added touches with flip flops, mini bar, coffee machine. The bar and communal areas were very comfortable, loved the games room and the decor throughout the hotel.

Would love to have stayed an extra night and borrowed the bikes to pop into Blakeney and surrounding villages. One night is never enough.

Lovely place to stay, would recommend it. All staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when I wanted to sit in the courtyard at 10pm and light one of the outdoor wood stoves... in the rain 😁 Will be back next time I am staying in the area.

Took my Mrs away for a few days to celebrate her 30th , and we was very very happy with the hotel very clean and tidy got a posh feel to it , very relaxed atmosphere.

Food was spot on very nice and the staff were very helpful and polite.

For the spa and treatments very clean and well maintained. The girls who gave us our treatments came and collected us from our rooms and were very polite and nice , and the treatments were really good.

Really enjoyed out stay and will deffo recommend and be coming again 👍

What an amazing place? I had two great nights away at The Harper midweek. The hotel is beautifully furnished and bedrooms/bathrooms are lovely and large, as are the communal areas. The staff are brilliant, fantastically friendly, attentive and professional, a five star service. The food was excellent with a really imaginative menu. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The most beautiful, serene place we have ever stayed at in the UK! Rooms are spacious and well designed, the decor is cozy-chick and comfortable.
The team are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble and they really make you feel at home.
The set up is very well designed with multiple food, drink and entertainment areas (while still maintaining a cosy a boutique-feel) - there is a restaurant, a lounge, an indoor bar, a courtyard bar and a game room. The food is excellent too.
There’s also a great indoor pool and jacuzzi that you can to book all to yourself!
Genuinely the best boutique hotel we have stayed in. Our 3 day stay was just perfect and we cannot wait to return!

My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. The experience was truly relaxing. The ambience is very friendly and happy and totally unpretentious unlike other 5 star hotels we have visited. Fabulous restaurant serving superb food. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit so special, in particular John the Duty Manager with his wealth of information.
We will most definitely visit the Harper again in the near future.

What a place!
I visited in August for 4 nights and was literally blown away. The interior boasts chic but comfortable decor (think the Pig hotels but not trying that hard), beautiful roomy suites, and a lovely courtyard ideal for evening cocktails or the delicious breakfast al fresco.
The food is locally sourced with a menu and quality ingredients that you’d find hard to beat at any top rated restaurant.
One of my personal favourite touches was the luxurious Irene Forte cosmetics in the bathrooms - be prepared to pamper yourself. The spa is also an amazing addition and only available to hotel guests which means it’s never full - which lets you relax in peace in the hot tub, pool, sauna or steam room.
The jewel in the crown of the Harper is the outstanding staff who treat you like family but with 5 star professionalism.
Be sure to visit The Anchor pub too - just a few minutes down the road for the delicious pizzas (and pints)!
Can’t wait to go back!

We spent our honeymoon/minimoon here in March 2022 and the hotel was wonderful. Delicious food, attentive but not overbearing staff, lovely spa facilities, nice lounge areas. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities. Brilliant location from which to explore the north Norfolk coast. We hope to return one day.

Well what can I say other than 'Blown Away' my partner booked this as a surprise for my 40th birthday. The Hotel is decorated beautifully both in the rooms and all of the communal areas. We arrived earlier than check in as we had treatments booked. We were greeted by professional staff and asked to wait in the yard. The treatments were brilliant and we then checked in. At check in we confirmed we had the swimming pool and spa booked for 17:30 the staff said that it was free from 17:00 so we took it for the full hour. The rom was fantastic, and once the door was closed we heard nothing from outside the room. We relaxed in the yard before dinner and I can honestly say that due to the weather we could have been anywhere. We ate in Stanley's and the food was amazing. Breakfast was clearly well thought out and put together lots of options of what was high quality ingredients prepared by quality chefs and served by staff that obviously had a passion for what they do . Throughout our stay, it was clear that the staff are all fantastically attentive without being obvious or too close. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and it is clear that the staff, uniform policy and layout is intentionally relaxed whilst maintaining high standards and quality. It is very clear that the transformation from local Glass factory to high quality hotel has come at high costs band they have put together a range of food and drink, treatments and local knowledge that match the high quality. The Harper you have truly made my 40th birthday one to remember.
