Suit came 1 month late, wrong size.
Very very rude staff, argued and were not helpful at all. If the wedding was not 6 days away we would have left the shop. Did not acknowledge the fact the suit came in 4 weeks after delivery date given when placing the order, which meant another 340mile trip for us to pick it up. While in the shop another customers order had not come in time and they were stuck as wedding was week after also. The boss was hiding out the back.

My sister ordered her Walima dress from here 6 months ago. They have failed to deliver and are not giving her a refund on her £500 cash deposit. Every time we've called they claim the dress will be arriving the same day and they will give us a call back. It never did and they never called even after countless follow ups. I highly recommend shopping from elsewhere.

I don't really write reviews but this is something to consider when buying anything from this shop. Anyone having a wedding will know the stress that comes with it. So I'm going to just write and honest review about the really awful customer services and how the shop owners are not trustworthy enough.
Why lie about delivery times and faking the orders on the way. Not straightforward people and will keep lying.
Let me explain, we gave order for a dress that was on the stand, gave measurements and delivery date was a month later plus extra two weeks before the wedding. Fast forward to the delivery date.... We phoned up to ask about the collection and they said the delivery is on it way and will reach on Friday as there has been a delay for whatever reason. Phoned again on Friday and they said the delivery should reach by 5 on the day and its on it way and there should be no trouble and not to worry. This was a week after the delivery and no response. I went with my mom and sister for a few trips back to the shop to discuss why the order still hasn't come and all the keep saying is don't worry it's in London and the delivery will reach by this week on Friday, bearing in mind this is the week of the wedding. We made it clear the dates of the wedding and the amount of trips we had taken. They assured that Friday on the final week which is couple days before the wedding that there will definitely be no problem and they would personally come and deliver it. A few days before Friday phoned in to check on the delivery and they said everything is on track. At this point we still had doubts and did say it better come or we are taking out money back, they shop owner gave his personal guarantee as did the other workers on the shop saying no need as it will come. Trusting them we waited for Friday. The Friday morning called in and they said to call them back, and when I called them back they wouldn't answer my call, my moms or my uncle. So took another trip done to the shop, waited for an hour and they said it's on the motorway and they'll deliver it when it comes from Manchester.
So they changed the story from its on London on Monday to its coming from Manchester. All this on the last couple of days before the wedding. Now one day before the wedding, phoning then and taking trips to the shop they said they havnt got the dress. Bearing in mind the took most of the money as deposit and make you feel sorry for them as the make themselves feel helpless but in reality jusy trying to hide the truth from customers.
One day before the wedding they one with a sorry excuse of saying no dress and basically there was no delivery to begin with.

If there was an option to put zero stars i would definitely put zero.Ordered 7 outfits for our nephews wedding in May. They were due to come back mid July as wedding is on 17th august.Yesterday (9/8/17) went to Aqsa designs and our orders have not arrived!!!
Then got a call from supplier to say outfits had got ruined after they had pressed them all SEVEN pieces
Very dissapointed 8 days away from wedding and no outfits for anyone.
Whats worse is the shop keeper BHAI KHALID tries to avoids contact with customer and runs in the back leaving the assistant to deal with us..

Right so we ordered 8 ladies outfits , they promised to deliver beginning of July , so second week of July 2017 still nothing every time we rang they said delivery not here ring a few days later and would put phone down , this went on for two weeks , so eventually when we down to get a refund we were refused that saying the order is on the way , so the order came 16 days after the agreed date and the co owner " bhai khaled " who was extremely rude wanted full payment even though the order was 16 days late , blaming the suppliers saying it's out of their hands , he didn't once apologise or say I hold my hands up we messed up , then a young lady called maariya told us to come back on the day of the wedding to collect the outfits ! How rude no customer service no apology just rude arrogant people , so we got our outfits day before the actual wedding day !! Spoilt our whole experience whole wedding!!

The worst shopping experience of our lives. 25 trips to the shop and this wasn't even for a made-to-measure order. All we wanted was adjustments to off-the-rack shirwaanis. We got told 3 weeks at first. 9 weeks later we were still waiting and being delayed until the wedding was almost on us!!! If you complain they are sooooo rude and we have been sworn at and threatened by the staff!!! I couldn't believe that the auntie behind the counter could be so RUDE!! We paid hundreds of pounds and when we legitimately complain about the delay we are being sworn at for complaining!! Unbelievable.

We encountered so many other customers that had been delayed and fobbed off like we had been.

I can't understand how such low class people are still in business. They lie constantly about delivery dates and so many customers including us were left frustrated and helpless at their lack of professionalism and arrogant attitude. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid at all costs - you have been warned.

I would never ever shop from here again, we placed a very large order of 10 outfits 5 months before wedding and were told would get them 1 month before the wedding, but a week left for the wedding and no outfits and owner run to the back and refused to speak and kept running out..no compensation was given and had no outfits for nephews wedding, and we was told the suppliers are known to delay and mess orders. So i would strongly recommend shopping else where.

Absolute shocking experience. If your a looking to buy a wedding dress I would highly recommend you steer away from this place. All they care about is money and not the customer. So many delays and not even an appology. Nothing was ever their fault.

Absolutely horrible service rude staff and a very dishonest bunch of people working here constantly tells you he will have your clothes ready by a certain date but never delivers. Wish I could give zero stars please. Avoid this shop unless you like being lied to and treated like dirt.

I bought my wedding suit from here a few years ago and they failed to have it ready in time. Very bad service. AVOID!

WORST PLACE EVER! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP! WORST OWNER, worst CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!! THEY ARE FRAUDS! Wrong size made up and Wrong colour! AVOIDDDDDD AT ALL COSTS! Have TAKEN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS SHOP!
